You may already know this, DISCO was founded by a litigation team fed up and frustrated with the then-existing clunky tech and feeling held-hostage having to rely on vendors. They felt strongly there could be a better way, so they decided to build something better, easier, that offered more control, and was more enjoyable to the user -- so your feedback really resonates with us.
