What problems is DISCO Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

As noted above, I am able to complete tasks faster, more independently (i.e., without relying on the vendor), with greater ease and with less frustration. This has created time and cost efficiencies. You may already know this, DISCO was founded by a litigation team fed up and frustrated with the then-existing clunky tech and feeling held-hostage having to rely on vendors. They felt strongly there could be a better way, so they decided to build something better, easier, that offered more control, and was more enjoyable to the user -- so your feedback really resonates with us.
