Poor communication, poor customer service, no follow thru, inability to adhere to any semblance of a timeline, low quality work/or no work at all, and dozens of errors that cost their customers more time and money.

Immediately disregard Direct Line Development as an option for ANY work (unless you like frustration and wasting a whole lot of money)
