What do you like best about Diplomat Managed File Transfer?

I like that Diplomat MFT makes secure file transfers easy. The automation, encryption, and detailed logging save time and make the process much more reliable, What I like most is how effortless Diplomat MFT makes complex file transfer tasks. Once workflows are set up, everything runs automatically and securely in the background, customer support is extremely remarkable, everyday we are transferring files through Diplomat MFT Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diplomat Managed File Transfer?

What do you like best about Diplomat Managed File Transfer?

What do you dislike about Diplomat Managed File Transfer?

I don't like how you are unable to create other folders aside from Inbound and Outbound under Transactions. Sometimes it's difficult to determine where a Transaction should live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Diplomat Managed File Transfer solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has become a central hub for all of our SFTP integrations across the company making it easy to manage. It is worth the price for all of the additional things it can do to the file during the transfer. Even just being able to change the file type or renaming it to what is needed for the 3rd party saves us extra steps in the long run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just to let you know...Diplomat MFT does allow you to create subfolders to organize your workflows. Just point to any of your Transaction folder, click the right mouse button, and choose "Add Subfolder...". At that point you can drag & drop Transactions into that folder to move them.
