What do you like best about Diligent Community?

I find Diligent Community simple enough to navigate during our testing phase. I particularly appreciate the ease of creating agendas. I am optimistic about these features making meetings run smoother once we complete our migration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diligent Community?

Right now, the lack of communication during the transition has been frustrating. Grouping motions when taking minutes concerns me, as with BoardDocs I can submit a motion for all consent items and it captures information and populates it for all. With Diligent Community, I can only group by sections, which requires entering the same motion multiple times. Also, the initial setup isn’t good and we’re still in the process. What do you like best about Diligent Community?

Community is very user friendly. It is a simple process to create a template, an agenda, and manage users and groups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diligent Community?

I don't think it is a downsize of Community directly, but the migration process from BoardDocs to Diligent Community was not an easy process and had many challenges. I would have liked to have more one on one time with the staff at Diligent during the transition. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Diligent Community?

Publishing and sharing public agenda is intuitive and easily readable. I find the platform to be mainly intuitive and user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diligent Community?

There were some features removed comin from Boarddocs. Such as viewing the live action votes as soon as they are recorded, locking agenda items as they are being edited, user access seems to create more access compared to before. Also our minutes software seems to freeze up often causing delays in recording votes/minute taking during a live a meeting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Promising Transition, but Needs Better Workflows and Approval Flexibility"

What do you like best about Diligent Community?

That it is what we are tranistioning into . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Diligent Community?

So far what we have seen that there are no workflows for items from meeting to meeting, static agendas, inability to skip (override) in approval process, and no signatures on final approvals, No AI in planning or all of the perks of boards.
