**What do you like best about Digitevent?**

We use Digitevent for all our client and employee events, and this solution has become an essential tool in our invitation management.

The platform offers a truly all-in-one approach that allows us to centralize the entire event process: creation and customization of invitations, management of mailing lists, creation of dedicated event websites, tracking of registrations, and management of follow-ups. This centralization represents a considerable time saver and allows us to ensure smooth and rigorous management of our events.

One of the main advantages of Digitevent lies in its tracking and reporting features. The dashboards allow real-time visualization of registrations, declines, and people awaiting response. This data facilitates the management of our campaigns and helps us optimize our communication actions.

We also appreciate the simplicity of use of the platform, as well as the responsiveness of the teams when we need it!

Digitevent addresses several challenges related to the organization and management of our events. Previously, managing invitations, follow-ups, and participant tracking could require several distinct tools and numerous manual operations, with a risk of errors and significant time loss.

The platform allows us to centralize the entire process on a single tool: creation of invitations, management of mailing lists, tracking of responses, automatic follow-ups, and access to detailed statistics. This centralization considerably simplifies our organization and ensures better control of each stage of our events.

Digitevent also solves the issue of participant tracking. With real-time visibility of registrations, declines, and people who have not yet responded, we can quickly adapt our actions and optimize our participation rates.

Digitevent accompanied us throughout our event. Between the pre-event communications (which we were able to personalize easily), the check-in on the day of the event, and the post-event follow-up with satisfaction surveys... everything was smooth. A great experience for us as well as for the participants.

As soon as we had a question, a project manager was available to assist us. We did not encounter any particular problems.
