**What do you like best about DigitBridge?**

DigitBridge helped us modernize by bringing everything, including our sales channels, inventory, orders, and fulfillment, into one system. It’s been especially helpful for managing our inventory. Having everything sync in real time makes it much easier to keep our information accurate.

**What do you dislike about DigitBridge?**

We recently transitioned to this system about 8 months ago, and so far we haven’t run into any issues. The onboarding team made the transition easy, so we were able to get up and running quickly. Overall, we’ve really enjoyed using it.

**What problems is DigitBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having software that gives us better control of our inventory and lets us manage orders and fulfillment with ease has been one of the biggest successes with DigitBridge. The structure and organization in how our business operates now is largely thanks to the system DigitBridge introduced us to.

**What do you like best about DigitBridge?**

As a company that relied on an outdated on-premises ERP system, DigitBridge modernized our business and organized all our product information and operations into a cloud-based end-to-end operational software. I especially appreciated how the onboarding team helped to organize and transfer all our old information and make it easy to get launched on the system.

**What do you dislike about DigitBridge?**

There isn’t anything that I truly dislike. It is a very comprehensive system as it touches all aspects of our business, so it felt intimidating at first, but it was pretty straightforward to use, and we received good training and user guides.

**What problems is DigitBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overcoming the manual processes and disconnected system has been significant for us. We were in particular need of sales channel integration, better inventory management, and DTC fulfillment solutions, so that improvement has been the most welcomed. Everything we do is now much faster and error-free, so we are getting a lot of benefit from that.

It’s an indispensable tool that keeps my business organized, cost-efficient, and scalable.

Occasionally, there’s a slight learning curve with some advanced features, but the customer support team has always been responsive in helping me navigate any challenges.

**What problems is DigitBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before DigitBridge, managing multiple sales channels was time-consuming and error-prone. Now, automation ensures accuracy, reduces manual tasks, and gives me real-time insights into my business. This efficiency lets me focus on growth instead of operational headaches.

**What do you like best about DigitBridge?**

The support team really cares. Anytime an issue came up we got a response almost immediately. I really like all of the reporting tools and the platfrom usage.

**What do you dislike about DigitBridge?**

We were onboarded when the app was still in beta, so we did run into issues. Over the past couple years, the app has come a very long way.

**What problems is DigitBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having everything in one place, plus, easy in reporting.

**What do you like best about DigitBridge?**

It streamlines our processes, saves us a ton of time, and the customer service is excellent (fast and friendly). It integrates with all of our sales channels and is easy to use (once you get trained).

**What do you dislike about DigitBridge?**

It's a very complex system with many facets, but the training was thorough and the ongoing resources available to us make it feel manageable (even for someone like me without a ton of tech savvy).

**What problems is DigitBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DigitBridge's solution has basically eliminated inefficencies in our workflows. What took a team of people an entire day to do now takes me about 30 minutes (by myself). This benefits me by freeing up bandwidth to focus on other projects, namely creative growth for our brands.
