While Digital Pigeon works great for secure large-file storage, it has several noticeable workflow limitations that create repetitive extra admin work for my customer experience strategy tasks. The biggest downside is its extremely limited file preview functionality, especially for video content. I archive hundreds of Gruveo customer interview videos every month alongside batches of NGSurvey CSV exports and CX analysis documents, but the platform only supports instant previews for images and PDFs. It cannot stream or preview any video files in the browser. Whenever I need to quickly scan interview footage to verify common user issues like device overheating, Bluetooth disconnection, or slow after-sales service, I’m forced to fully download every video first, which wastes extra time and clutters my local workspace. On top of that, its search and sorting system lacks customizable default settings.
