Digisped Reviews & Product Details

Digisped is cloud-based freight forwarding software (TMS) for road transport and forwarding companies in the Baltics and Poland. It keeps every load in one place, from the customer order to the paid invoice: jobs, carrier orders, invoices, debtors and profit per forwarder. Create a carrier order from a job with one click and send it as a PDF; the carrier confirms loading and unloading times via a link, and the driver confirms delivery and photographs the CMR on a phone with no app to install. Sales invoices are created from the job with the fuel surcharge (BAF) added automatically and are sent in the customer's language with the CMR attached. Bank statement import matches payments to invoices, and payment reminders go out automatically. AI reads customer orders, carrier invoices and CMRs from e-mail. Local features include business register and tax debt checks (EE, LV, LT), VIES VAT checks, Merit Aktiva integration and Polish KSeF e-invoicing. Interface in 6 languages. EUR 35 per user per month, all features included, 30-day free trial.
