Digmind Team is very helpful in setting-up and helping us navigate through the platform.  Digimind is very easy to use.  Dashboards are very helpful especially in providing a quick check on the brand's status.

Captures limited Facebook content.  Set-up could be a pain if not for the assistance of the Digimind Team.

Limitations on Tiktok coverage as well as queries / keywords (previous data cannot be backtracked after dashboard set up)

SOV vs category and competitors, what our consumers are talking about us, their sentiments, what types of content they engage/like most, who are the most active authors <-- all these allow us to get to know our consumers more and respond accordingly.

The UI is not the most friendly so it needs some training to understand the power behind it.

Digimind Social presented quick and easy to understand data about audiences such as age, gender, and profession. The charts and word clouds allowed for quick overviews that we could use with clients to deliver valuable insights.

The depth of data available wasn't as significant as other platforms. Although the information was easy to process, Meltwater's Audiense platform has  way more additional depth about audience characteristics, personalities, etc.

Digimind Social helped us uncover insights for our clients about competitors and audiences, including who they are, their positioning, and communication habits. This allowed us to develop actionable insights for our clients to adjust their own strategies to better meet customer needs and outperform competitors.

**What do you like best about Onclusive Social?**

There is so much to like about this tool. First and foremost, the support staff.  You are assigned a primary contact. In my case, it was Holly.  No question was too small for her, even if I asked the same question several times.  She was endlessly patient, knowledgeable, and always available for a call. SHe's a master at the tool.  Based on your needs and the data you want to capture, there is a good chance she'll create a report for that. 

I liked that you can:
- Schedule reports
- Track monthly trend data
- Track influencers (I added ours to a Twitter lists to engage them on Twitter)
- 'Save' and sort messages to select only the ones that matter to you
-Dive into comments and individual comments
-Add extra tags as needed
-Splinter data into a variety of segments based on your needs

**What do you dislike about Onclusive Social?**

Digimind is a tool great for B2C  and large B2B organizations; the larger, the better.  While many charts can be automated, you have to schedule time to weed through some of the other data to extract/eliminate data points.

**What problems is Onclusive Social solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digimind is a powerhouse and one of the only listening tools that sync with LinkedIn, which was a deciding factor.  Digimind eliminates the endless google and channel keyword and scrolling searches.  
The tool collects data, tracks conversations from multiple channels, and filters them through customized dashboards and reports. Reports can then be used to analyze current campaigns and provide data for justifying new campaigns, saving hours of work.

I really don't know...I cannot imagine they are better at anything than their competitors

I don't have time for an essay so at a high level: False promises, extremely late deliverables, non-existent customer support/consultancy, outdated help/support articles, unintuitive UI, confusing functionalities, time-consuming, and so much more.

It can be a bit cumbersome to set up at first but saying that, the Digimind Team provided excellent support.

Lots of functionalities - if you manage to understand the UI

**What do you dislike about Onclusive Social?**

The user interface is the worst I have ever encountered in any platform. It seems patched together by different developers at different stages of development. Indeed, even the fonts and layout formats differ, sometimes on the same page  (!) That in itself would not be a problem if it weren't for the fact that the user interface is absolutely horrendous. The menus and sub-menus are not aligned, meaning the user encounters different terms for the same functionalities. Some of the essential functions are hidden in obscure sub-menus and, worst of all, the overall setup is lacking a basic user friendliness. I'm amazed by the positive ratings from other users but perhaps I'm just a digital dinosaur. Having said that, I'm a frequent user of other business intelligence platforms and there is just no comparison. With regards to content, Digimind does seem to deliver but setting up the tool is, in my experience, really painful and frustrating.

It is the most viable option to have many interests concerning the management of social networks; I can generate reports that are very productive through productivity. It is undoubtedly a very interactive software that helps preserve the great potential of technology in digital platforms.

The program does not have excellent support like other software, they do not attend fast, and sincerely, it is necessary to make the process more effective.

The ease of use once you understand the basics. Easy to set up searches also in complex form, validation and reporting and on top the import function of external information. Low input in manpower required to run a basic intelligence.

The availability of the techique service !
No matter what is the question , what the issue you're meeting , the support is always reactive , and efficient . They help you understanding , what your mistake is and , how to avoid it in the future . It is like having , a constant formation and , everyday advice .

**What do you dislike about Onclusive Social?**

The lack of personalized options in the dashboard or the mailing for instance. If you want a really personalized mailing, you just have to ask for it to the support service and it will be an extra cost of course. Same problem if you want to use your own font. I also met some issue to insert logos and pics in my footage.

Having great skills with Excel !! It wil be usefull to crack some of the setting procedure to delight your surveillance.

Is a friendly and totally intuitive software.
Is a very efficient tool to collect information on specific topics and also allows you to have a complete vision of the digital reputation of your company, since you can know information from social networks and digital media.

The software has problems collecting information from LinkedIn, however it is a problem of the social network and not so much of the software.
On the other hand, it would be good if the software expand the information to make the influencers network, that not only be made by twitter information.

The user interface is uncluttered and visually pleasing, where it is easy to navigate and understand. This tool is easy to use to monitor what people are saying about your brands and products.

Digimind is the first service we use for online monitoring. That is why it is difficult to compare. However,not all mentions can be collected, especially due to geographic limitations. It may take some time to speed up your computer to perform complex analyzes. Also, the initial setup process takes some time to modify. Perhaps more training videos would be helpful.

It is an important tool for any strategic decision we make in our business, I like that it has an easy configuration to save time and it is very easy to use. Digimind allowed us to obtain instant and dynamic results that allowed us to act in real time, it helps us to collect information in real time about what is being said about our brand throughout the web.

The tool adds so much that you will spend a lot of time configuring and then discovering information that is not relevant to your organization. Also, among other things that I don't like about the platform is the difficulty of looking back for information, the limited number of queries. Every now and then, I have trouble with mentions.

I like that it has an easy setup to save time and is very easy to use, it is easy to use with useful functions and it allows to create complete analyzes. The interface is extremely easy to interpret, the design is unique, and everything is easy to find. It is an important tool for any strategic decision we make in our business, the design is unique and everything is easy to find, the support team is second to none, very reactive and is always here when I need help.

Some things that bother me, when selecting date ranges and switching between different analyzes, the dates you selected to start with the reset. However, Digimind provides this support and helped me to familiarize myself with the tool in a short time, also I don't like the platform is the difficulty of looking back for information.

It really depends on what use and purpose of each user, it is great for tracking many different things. He was extremely practical and always ready to answer any questions I had.

Digimind Social exalts me at an incredible level to coordinate the position I have in social networks. The management of social interaction platforms is effective and is constantly growing. I have managed to understand the marketing statistics to such an extent that I know what is good for me.

The integration with LinkedIn has given me headaches, I can't sync highlights with this application. It has not been the best option to use it as a strategic social network.

The dashboard is super user friendly and our account person is the best! Very knowledgeable and helpful.

Nothing so far. The training and set up took a little bit longer than I thought but the more I use it, the easier it gets!

The Support service is one of the best I ever had to deal with ! They helps you to find your mistake, to fix it of course but, they learn you tips to avoid some lost of time in the future.

**What do you dislike about Onclusive Social?**

The "publish" tab need some improvement ! You can choose between some themes but you can not for instance, upload your own canvas for your mailing settings, it's a shame...

It could also be helpful to have more personalized fields to fill when you validate information as you can export it as an excel tab and use each field to sort your information.

Have some Excel Skills will help you a lot. You'd better have prepare a mindmap and structured your entire project !

What I enjoy most about Digimind is its ease of use and user-friendliness. Many other platforms that offer similar services to Digimind are much more complicated to navigate through. Additionally, I find that the statistics and data visualizations Digimind provides are eloquent and extremely comprehensive.  I personally take advantage of the fact that I can make my searches so specific. Utilizing this platform has assisted me in providing my clients with informative reports and statistics.

One thing I dislike about the platform is the difficulty in looking backward for information. Often times it would be helpful for me and my clients to be able to backtrack and review statistics and information that could be compared and contrasted with the current data. Digimind provides both positive and negative sentiment analysis, something very much used by us. The Key Concepts page is also another thing used by us, it helps get a better understanding of trends. Additionally, the geolocations is very useful, it gives you more information as to where a given topic or word is trending; obviously not all is able to be geolocated.

The limited number of queries, it is a good tool that I would consider buying for personal use, but it is a bit pricey. It took me a while to figure out how to use the product, at first it is a bit complicated; I searched online for YouTube videos or manuals showing how to use it but found none. A colleague showed me how to use the product.

Have someone train you on using it, almost no online material is available to learn it by yourself (in many cases a YouTube video is available for these types of things, but not for Digimind).

Best part about Digimind is how different publications are put together under one page for easy access. it has a large database for research. I use a lot of automobile related journals and newsletters that keep me updated and I find them all at one place. I like the ease with which I can share, print or translate informations with just a click. Filters make it more easy to search required information.

Nothing particular to dislike. May be some improvements in user interference with images and bullets make it more interesting to use it on regular basis. More easy and not so confusing filters might help new users to search something online. A better reading mode in Digimind mobile application would be appreciated though.

Using its large database for my research. I can easily search a topic of my interest with just keywords. I have been also using it for preparation of my reports. Their platform is simple. The layout is unique and everything is easy to find. Its not ugly, bulky and overwhelming like some of the competitors. Its seamless. The account team (at least my customer success manager, Tony Y.) was amazing. He was extremely hands on and always willing to answer any questions I had and updating me on any new features that roll out.

**What do you dislike about Onclusive Social?**

A few pet peeves, when selecting date ranges and switching between different analytics the dates you selected to begin with reset. Occasionally, I have issues with mentions etc. but their support team is somewhat fast-moving on finding the solution or the issue. I hope one day their platform will support real-time responding for community management purposes.

You have to really know what you want to use Digimind for. I recommend having a solid strategy for using that way you have a game-plan on how to use the insights. Where its solely for Social Listening, etc. Again, their account team is incredible.

I frequently use Digimind and I prefer it over any other platform. I really like the interface of the platform, I also love the graphs, the functionalities that can be used for a million purposes, I love that Digimind offers so much information at a click. 

I also love the colours, and how easy and how deductible is everything.

I dont like the fact that it started to collect a lot less mention, comparing to what I had in Synthesio. Still, there are more pertinent ones thant there were there. As all we know, the social networks are an important key for the analysis of a tecnology. In this case, we use digimind for the analysis of the user experience in transport (especifically, railroads). We need to know and report which are the more important subjects about complains, problems or solutions that our users experiment in their trips. We do a lot of testing and opinion polls that we take as insights to our job, but that´s not full fill the entire work of analysis we need. And that is the problem that digiminid solves to us.
 Finally, the more importante benefit is to save and reduce the time of work. Digimind automates a hole work of searching and integrating information that takes hours in almost real time.

The customer service has improved immensely over the time we have had the tool.  Our current reps are really responsive and helpful.

There is too much information being pulled in and it is time consuming to break it all down.  It requires the user to be very hands on in order to get meaningful results.

The ability to tag within a query and then create graphs from that data -- be it sentiment or share of voice of different branded medications, is really superb. I can use these graphs to give evidence for exploring new trends. I also think being able to break out the top keywords and share of voice for those phrases is key to helping us formulate our audience description for our creative team. 

Tony, our Digimind customer success manager, has been an absolute key asset in our uptake of Digimind into our business stream. Before Tony started working with us, we had only captured a fraction of the value of Digimind. We were assigned two other customer success consultants prior to Tony and they were not nearly as helpful. I would have given Digimind a lower score if it were not for the bi-monthly work sessions he has set up for us to go through how to apply Digimind to many of my projects. Essentially, he makes the cost worth it.

It is very important for us to be able to filter messages by the influencer rating. That is easy to do with Digimind.

**What do you dislike about Onclusive Social?**

I believe our use case for Digimind is not the most common. A challenge we face is sorting through all the news articles that are from pharmaceutical companies. Because I am trying to get an understanding of how patients feel about a medication, stock market announcements are not so useful. I know I can filter out mentions from higher influencer value publications. I think unfortunately that doesn't always leave an N big enough to work with.

It is difficult to pinpoint individual influencers. I wish I didn't get a feed of 100+ influencers but a smaller, more curated list. I think that could really increase the value we get from this feature.

Get advice on how to build out the tag system to make it as custom as possible.

We are using Digimind not to understand our own brand against competing brands, but to map out our audience's journey -- what they talk about, what they hear about their disease, how engaged they are online and at what stage of their disease, and to aid feasibility analysis. From this perspective, we can use share of voice to estimate the amount of engaged patients, and to estimate awareness of different medications that may be a part of the research study.
