There is so much to like about this tool. First and foremost, the support staff. You are assigned a primary contact. In my case, it was Holly. No question was too small for her, even if I asked the same question several times. She was endlessly patient, knowledgeable, and always available for a call. SHe's a master at the tool. Based on your needs and the data you want to capture, there is a good chance she'll create a report for that. I liked that you can: - Schedule reports - Track monthly trend data - Track influencers (I added ours to a Twitter lists to engage them on Twitter) - 'Save' and sort messages to select only the ones that matter to you -Dive into comments and individual comments -Add extra tags as needed -Splinter data into a variety of segments based on your needs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Onclusive Social? Digimind is a tool great for B2C and large B2B organizations; the larger, the better. What problems is Onclusive Social solving and how is that benefiting you? Digimind is a powerhouse and one of the only listening tools that sync with LinkedIn, which was a deciding factor. Digimind eliminates the endless google and channel keyword and scrolling searches. The tool collects data, tracks conversations from multiple channels, and filters them through customized dashboards and reports.
