Not that I don't like something on the platform, but I believe that the documentation for users could have more example cases. And the format of the integration specification (spreadsheet) might need an improvement to further facilitate the end user. Some more visual tool might possibly help. Digibee has a great combination of a platform with ease of customization/adaptation and power and flexibility in scalability.
