**What do you like best about Digibee?**

The platform enables integrations in a wide variety of formats and levels of complexity in a very agile manner. The customer service/support is exceptional, making the process smooth and without unnecessary barriers.

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

Not that I don't like something on the platform, but I believe that the documentation for users could have more example cases. And the format of the integration specification (spreadsheet) might need an improvement to further facilitate the end user. Some more visual tool might possibly help.

**What problems is Digibee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main problems concern the lack of standardization for integration processes. With Digibee, we have this layer that centralizes/standardizes the processes, we have scalability, high availability, and no concerns with infrastructure.

**What do you like best about Digibee?**

Digibee has a great combination of a platform with ease of customization/adaptation and power and flexibility in scalability. The integrations being developed at Digibee are not yet in production, but productivity (in development and maintenance) has already been demonstrated. In addition, we have efficient and highly productive support from the Digibee support team.

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

For our needs, so far, I have not identified any points that do not meet our requirements or that I would like to see improved.

**What problems is Digibee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are in a project of core system replacement and adoption of a solution that, in addition to adding resources for monitoring and control of integrations, helps us facilitate the switching between the systems being replaced.

**What do you like best about Digibee?**

The ease of integrating any tool with any other tool in an educational and visual way, without needing extensive technical knowledge or programming specialists for this. The ease of visualizing the logs and processes that have occurred is a great help for monitoring the progress of the integrations.

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

At times, we had many changes in CSM and personnel, sometimes we were left without exactly knowing who to talk to at certain moments.

Integrate completely different ERP solutions

Digibee is a very friendly integration plataform. His configuration to launch a new project is easy and the developers make a part of system in a few days. Comparing which others solution systems Digibee is the best about simplicity to work

About technical and support to work with Digibee, I don't have any question. my point is only about billing method, maybe trading to a billing for pipeline created is better to the client

**What problems is Digibee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We did all integrations between transactional  systems using Digibee. We got better results in time of process and simplified solution design for our systems.

**What do you like best about Digibee?**

It's a very simple plataform, with a great experince. Easy to build, run and track the components for a middleware solution.
The support team is very qualified to help us with any questions that may occur during the development.

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

As it was my first experience using Digibee as a Middleware solution, it takes a little time to understand how to track the issues in our devlopment.

**What problems is Digibee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digibee works as middleware interface between our critical systems, that is online for 24/7. Digibee is responsible to get information of our main DB and feed the operational systems.

**What do you like best about Digibee?**

We've done system integrations in months that would take a year or two to develop and implement. Not only the tecnology is great, but the Digibee team is fantastic. They definetly made the difference in our results.

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

Nothing in particular. I guess they've done a pretty good job. Maybe we could be better prepared for the onboarding so it could be even faster than it was. This was not a problem at all and we started to see the results really fast.

Digibee is a great iPaaS platform, making it possible to create integrations in a super practical and agile way with its drag-and-drop system, variety of connectors, and great human capital, providing helpful and capable support.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the system and the fundamental need to transform the data, it leads to the use of transformers with a significant learning curve.

Saves time in developing an new integration, easy to use with its drag and drop.

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

It needs to improve its integration with logs. Dynatrace, Elastic.

Pipeline versioning is a bit complicated, for example, we have no way to compare a modification from one version to another, it would help if it were the case to integrate it into a github repo for example.

Definitely save me a lot of time with new implementations.

Friendly graphical interface, several parameterizable and reusable components for connection with various Cloud or Onpremises technologies, allowing coexistence integrations between our legacy and modernized systems. Within the company here we use the Digibee platform to integrate the systems, I have nothing to complain about, in addition to the platform being very intuitive it is also a low code platform, accelerating integrations and reducing infrastructure costs

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

At the moment I don't have any negative points, evolutions are normal and need to be always evolving.

The platform reduces integration time, making it possible to integrate systems in various outputs such as rest, soap, kafka etc. Also helping to reduce costs with infrastructure and learning

The easy way to integrate products, and i can say that all Digibee team work very hard with delivery quality and speed demands.

Right now, i just can give an advice, Digibee  could be more stable, because we work with a lot groups inside the company, and they can see how good is Digibee, so, shoulb more be careful with stability platform Digibee as all. When we have implantation, all the time Digibee  should be involved working with the all team that is responsable in the company client, this way i believe that the stabilization can be better.

The tool is interactive and enables the construction of a modular integration solution - it allows for the design and visual arrangement of what is being built. Learning is facilitated by the tool's Academy.

The access section and distinction between the different types of users of the tool could be improved to allow for greater differentiation between the different types of users of the platform.

**What do you like best about Digibee?**

I went through several connectors on the market, but only Digibee managed to conclude 100% of the integrations that we currently use between Vtex and Totvs Protheus. All integrations are currently running smoothly and with almost no maintenance

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

My difficulties with Digibee are focused on commercial management and execution. At the beginning, the promise was to install it in 20 days, after the project started, this period changed to 60 days, finally 90% of the connection ended up being made in almost 8 months, the last 10% were completed a few weeks ago, totaling 12 months since the hiring. Commercial service is omitted from day-to-day execution issues and delays in responding to inquiries. The first execution team, although good, and having said "we eat with flour" (Brazilian saying, indicating that it was very easy), took too long to complete the connections. The maintenance team, on the other hand, lacked knowledge at the beginning and struggled a lot to complete the project. That is, we pay for a 14-month contract, where we will effectively use approximately 2 months of the entire planned scope. Back to the commercial, I had no solution for this.

Digibee is connecting my VTEX E-commerce platform with my ERP TOTVS Protheus. Great importance to ensure data integrity in the face of a quick delivery of our sales and reliability for the LGPD

Even though some of our analysts might have experienced working with the systems you mentioned, we know that ERPs can be easily customized and changed. Therefore, we work with a methodology that requires your SMEs to be part of the discussion in order to accelerate the delivery time, especially with Legacy Systems. Defining business rules & mapping systems can sometimes take longer than expected. Having a test plan and test environment ready to go is also important to assure that speed.
We strive to prepare your IT team to be ready to handle your integrations.  This requires some time investment on our client’s side to go through our e-learning resources in order to be better equipped.

The possibility of creating integrations in a fast and structured way allowed us to think about "what should be done" instead of "how to do it"; Friendly interface.

The log search interface could be improved, with more filter and export options. The development interface could have additional features like notes and comments on save.

**What do you like best about Digibee?**

I really like the drag and drop functions in Digibee plataform. The low code is very usefull to create integrations fast as possible. In a few words, I would say Digibee is one the simpliest integration plataform i´ve seen.

**What do you dislike about Digibee?**

I would sugest the possibility to plug monitoring and log plataforms just like Elastic tools, Data dog and others.

We developed some end to end integrations very fast. I was very helpfull to modernize old systems and we did our e-commerce (B2B) integrations to build lots of REST APIs in Digibee plataform.

In the projects I worked on, the integration knowledge was concentrated in a few people from the Digibee team. Some Logs could be better, and some of minor UI issues could be fixed.

It made it possible to integrate new sales channels quickly and in a 'whitelabel' format, making it possible to scale the solution.

Sometimes the integrations are not as easy as we (customers) expect. The systems that will need to be integrated need to provide detailed documentation so the Digibee team can help properly.
