I think that regarding the customization of the banner, if we really want something a bit different, we need to go for a lot of custom work. Maybe they could offer a bit more varied templates from a design perspective, which of course comply with CNIL standards. Also, internally, due to technical reasons, there are sometimes triggers that are not always in the right order, synchronous, asynchronous, etc. I think we could improve this part, maybe with some support.
