One big issue for us that our previous dictation solution did not have a resolution for was being able to assign a dictation to a group rather than a single user. We have a group that transcribes and they rotate shifts so they have different people working everyday. Being able to assign to a group allows us to assign to this etire group and then whomever is available can accept the dictation. This saves the dictator valuable time in trying to figure out who is working at a particular time and available to assign to. This also cuts out the frustration of assigning to someone only to find out that they are out of the office and your dictation has been sitting untouched. Big help for us! One downside is having to enter in each user and manually choose all of the account options when you have 20 users who are going to be setup with the exact same settings. It would be great to have the option to create a template for the secretary role and a template for the author role so that next time you need to add another user with one of those roles, you can select that template which will automatically select the appropriate account options.
