What problems is Diceus solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed to reduce the time our operators spent identifying customers. DICEUS helped us create a chatbot to process many inquiries. Before connecting to operators, the chatbot asks customers for their names, policy numbers, and other details. Since operators don’t need to identify a customer, they can start directly communicating about the subject matter of the inquiry.
