El tabs are very detailed and highly organized. **What do you dislike about DICE Central Station?** The many different avenues that show some of the same information, overly compiled. **What problems is DICE Central Station solving and how is that benefiting you?** DICE helps me gather the information I need for our clients to give them the best service possible. ### 2. Its been a great help to do all the work regarding data and very securely without getting worried about our data. It really allows us to keep our data at one place. We dont have to keep our data at different places and then get confused where exactly the data is. **What do you dislike about DICE Central Station?** I really don't have any serious issue with dice central station only one suggestion i would like to give to the development team of this software that if you can make it more attractive and little fast responsive. Other than these two issues which i have mentioned above all is good. **Recommendations to others considering DICE Central Station:** I really recommend all the people who wants their data to saved but with great security use this software and all the people working into data entry should use this. **What problems is DICE Central Station solving and how is that benefiting you?** It does not requires much time and the data can be transferred from one end two other end. This is really a great business solution, every company which is allowing us to save our data they really take a long time but not the "DICE CENTRAL STATION". ### 3. It also keeps track of employee notes and call logs. This includes the logs of alarm occurrences when signals reach the central station. **What do you dislike about DICE Central Station?** I can't pull certain kinds of reports with emails included. It makes it so when I have to send thousands of emails, I'll have to manually look up every customer or pull a different report and try to V look up and match some of the emails. I'd like more flexibility with creating emails to go out automatically to customers. **Recommendations to others considering DICE Central Station:** Request everything you will need initially. If you think of other features you'd like to use in the future, they might not be able to do them. **What problems is DICE Central Station solving and how is that benefiting you?** DICE is our CRM and it's how we dispatch for customers. I have no other CRM experience to compare it to. ### 4. Its very handy for data entry process. Dice corporation is big name in the industry and you dont get disappointment with their products as well. Mainly Dice focus on security and with this product you can expect the same. This tool / software gives you great access to data like centralized data(Cloud) and access of data is very simplified too. **What do you dislike about DICE Central Station?** There is not much to dislike however we can expect better GUI .
