DIBBSFlow Reviews & Product Details

DIBBSFlow gives DLA suppliers an intelligence platform built around the depth of the DIBBS market: the items being purchased, the suppliers winning awards, the prices recorded, and the requirements behind each opportunity. Built for manufacturers, distributors, and bid-desk teams, DIBBSFlow connects DIBBS solicitation information with historical awards and item-level market context. Its data spans National Stock Numbers (NSNs), Federal Supply Classes (FSCs), supplier CAGE codes, recorded award prices and quantities, manufacturer part references, and available sourcing, delivery, and shipping details. DIBBSFlow starts with the supplier's own CAGE and award record. That starting point puts existing business at the center of the review: repeat-buy items, awards previously won, and changes in which suppliers receive those awards. The aim is to give teams a clearer view of their competitive position and the evidence to decide where to focus their next pursuit. The platform combines a DIBBS Bid Board, Award History, and NSN & FSC Analysis. It brings the opportunity and its surrounding market into the same review, helping teams investigate demand, assess past pricing, and understand the supplier landscape at the item level. DIBBSFlow is operated by MercTel LLC in Cleveland, Ohio, and serves businesses pursuing Defense Logistics Agency contracts through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
