## About DevZero
DevZero is a Kubernetes optimization platform that helps engineering teams reduce cloud infrastructure costs while improving cluster efficiency, performance, and resource utilization. By continuously analyzing real workload usage across CPU, memory, and GPU resources, DevZero identifies and fixes over-provisioning and infrastructure waste that commonly occurs in Kubernetes environments. Many organizations adopt Kubernetes for scalability and flexibility but struggle with rising cloud costs as clusters grow. Because workloads are typically configured with conservative resource requests and limits, clusters often run with large amounts of unused capacity. DevZero addresses this challenge by automatically detecting inefficient configurations and providing safe, production-ready optimizations that bring resource allocation closer to actual usage. The platform continuously evaluates workloads across Kubernetes clusters to uncover inefficiencies such as oversized CPU requests, excess memory allocation, and underutilized nodes. DevZero then recommends or automatically applies rightsizing changes that improve resource utilization without impacting application reliability or performance. Engineering and platform teams use DevZero to gain visibility into how infrastructure resources are actually consumed across their environments. Instead of relying on manual analysis or periodic cost reviews, DevZero provides continuous Kubernetes cost optimization by monitoring workloads and recommending improvements as usage patterns change. With DevZero, organizations can: • Reduce Kubernetes infrastructure costs by up to 30% or more • Identify and eliminate CPU, memory, and GPU over-provisioning • Improve cluster utilization and scheduling efficiency • Optimize workloads across development, staging, and production environments • Support FinOps initiatives with actionable insights into infrastructure spend DevZero is designed for DevOps engineers, platform teams, and FinOps leaders responsible for managing Kubernetes environments at scale. The platform works alongside existing Kubernetes tooling to help teams operate more efficient clusters while maintaining reliability and developer productivity. By continuously optimizing how workloads consume infrastructure resources, DevZero enables teams to run Kubernetes environments that are both cost-efficient and performance-ready.

## DevZero Reviews
  ### 1. Great UX and Kubernetes Cost Visibility That Helped Us Find Savings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chaitanya S. | Principal Solutions Architect, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about DevZero?**

The user experience is very nice and much needed for platform-intensive applications. It has a great engine for optimizing Kubernetes, and it also helped us gain visibility into our spend and identify savings.

**What do you dislike about DevZero?**

Based on our usage so far, we haven’t run into many challenges. That said, it would be nice to have more direct, cloud-native integrations so we can get a clearer sense of the cost savings, rather than having to install the pods.

**What problems is DevZero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped us address a crucial cost area we were spending on Kubernetes. Since we’re a Kubernetes-heavy shop, it has helped us save money and better control the node pools for our clusters, without having to manage them on demand ourselves.

  ### 2. DevZero Transformed Our Infrastructure Experience with Incredible Performance and Cost Savings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about DevZero?**

What I like most about DevZero is its amazing UI. Even someone with very minimal technical knowledge can quickly understand the interface and make changes without confusion. The platform feels intuitive and user-friendly, and the dashboard offers strong insights that make monitoring and day-to-day management much easier.

Our integration experience with DevZero was extremely smooth. We only had to run a few commands and, boom, we were onboarded—no complicated setup and no lengthy configuration process. It integrated seamlessly into our system.

From a pricing/ROI perspective, we noticed a huge reduction in costs after onboarding to DevZero. The optimization and efficiency improvements helped us significantly reduce expenses compared to our previous setup, which delivered great value for us.

DevZero has been extremely reliable and performant in our experience. The platform is very fast and responsive, especially while processing and reconciling infrastructure changes. Even with heavier workloads, the performance has remained stable and smooth without noticeable delays.

The overall responsiveness of the platform makes day-to-day operations much easier, and the dashboard provides real-time visibility and insights that help us monitor and manage resources efficiently. We’ve also seen strong consistency and reliability during deployments and infrastructure updates, which gives us confidence while scaling workloads.

The dashboard is genuinely helpful for ongoing visibility. It makes it easy to monitor usage, understand system behavior, and manage resources effectively.

Support and onboarding have been exceptional. The DevZero team is consistently available to guide us and help in every aspect. I’ve personally had situations where I pinged them on Slack around midnight, and they immediately joined a Zoom call to troubleshoot issues. That level of responsiveness and dedication is rare.

I also really appreciate how quickly they act on feedback. The suggestions and improvements we shared were addressed and rolled out almost immediately, which shows how committed they are to continuously improving the product and supporting their users.

One of the standout features for us has been DevZero’s smart auto-optimization capabilities. The platform automatically analyzes workloads and recommends or allocates the right amount of resources required for them. This helps improve efficiency, avoid overprovisioning, and significantly optimize infrastructure costs without requiring constant manual tuning.

The automation feels very intelligent and reliable, especially when handling dynamic workloads, and it reduces a lot of operational overhead for the team.

**What do you dislike about DevZero?**

Personally, I don’t have anything specific to dislike about DevZero so far. Our overall experience has been very positive, from the smooth onboarding and intuitive UI to the strong support and performance.

What stands out the most is how responsive the team is to feedback and how quickly improvements are rolled out. It genuinely feels like the product is continuously evolving based on customer needs.

**What problems is DevZero solving and how is that benefiting you?**

DevZero is solving major challenges around infrastructure management, resource optimization, and developer productivity. Before using DevZero, managing infrastructure and environments required more manual effort, monitoring, and resource tuning. With DevZero, a lot of that complexity is automated and simplified.

One of the biggest benefits for us has been cost optimization. DevZero’s smart auto-optimization capabilities automatically analyze workloads and allocate the right resources, which helped us significantly reduce infrastructure costs and avoid overprovisioning.

It has also improved operational efficiency for our team. The platform is fast, responsive, and makes infrastructure reconciliation and deployments much smoother and more reliable. The dashboard provides clear visibility and actionable insights, making it easier to monitor usage, manage resources, and understand system behavior in real time.

Another major benefit has been the ease of adoption. The onboarding and integration process was extremely simple, allowing us to get started quickly without spending significant time on setup or configuration.

Overall, DevZero has helped us reduce operational overhead, optimize costs, improve infrastructure reliability, and simplify day-to-day management for the team.
