This allows us to make decisions in our business logic really quickly. DeviceAtlas gives us frequent database updates, so we do not have to worry about outdated information. **What do you dislike about DeviceAtlas?** The product is perfect for us, and we have no further wishes. Of course, the pricing can be lower. **What problems is DeviceAtlas solving and how is that benefiting you?** We need to know what kind of device the visitor is using. Also we need to know if the visitor is using a Wifi or carrier internet connection. Also we need to know what carrier the visitor is using. DeviceAtlas supplies us with this information. ### 3. It's accurate, consistent and regularly updated. The one time we had an issue, the support team jumped in quickly to diagnose and resolve it. **What do you dislike about DeviceAtlas?** I do not have any specific dislikes. It solves our use case and allows our engineering team to focus on our core business differentiators. **What problems is DeviceAtlas solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've used DeviceAtlas for years because it's been a reliable service for understanding which platforms our customers like to use for our services. Device detection could do it without any issues. The opportunities with this software are endless and it will allow us to create a very advanced website that can be customised to the consumers needs. **What do you dislike about DeviceAtlas?** Nothing really because the customer support is very good and the software is always improving. So I can't say a bad word about it. There are alternatives out there but they were just a waste of our time. **What problems is DeviceAtlas solving and how is that benefiting you?** We want to give a customised User experience when they land on our website. On most websites in relation to most phones, the consumers need to select what kind of device they are using. This software eliminates this step and we can provide a customised homepage to match the user's mobile device. ### 5. We ran in to issues while migrating from 2.x to 3.x where the output are not the same.
