**What do you like best about Deskera CRM?**

What I like the most is the ease with which I can manage and organize all the interactions with my clients. Also, I love the integration with other Deskera tools, which allows me to have a complete view of the entire sales process and have access to real-time reports to make informed decisions.

**What do you dislike about Deskera CRM?**

One of the things that I would like to see improved is the customization of the interface. Although the tool is very complete and easy to use, I would like to be able to customize the appearance and layout of the elements on the screen a bit more.

**What problems is Deskera CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool solves many problems that I used to have in managing my clients. For example, I used to have difficulty keeping proper track of all the interactions I had with my customers, sometimes leading to missed sales opportunities. With Deskera CRM, I can have a complete view of all these interactions and more accurately track the needs of my customers.

Deskera is overall a great and scalable solution for growing and grown teams. It has multiple options that will help you run your operations smoothly and collaborate with the teams on the go.

The software is scalable and has a lot of features to offer; though, the software could have been cheaper. Especially, when you compare its LTD prices with the current rates, you would definitely miss a lot of things.

Overall a great CRM alternative and will help you to manage multiple things from one platform only. A simple all in one solution that will make use of the price you are paying instead of jumping tabs here and there.

The best part of Deskera is managing the customers, vendors, and purchases in a single platform. Also, you can do email marketing, Chat process and other things quickly. It is a perfect CRM tool to help grow the business.

**What do you like best about Deskera CRM?**

It's a suite of essential tools. I find the accounting tools most advanced - with invoicing and a dashboard showing helpful graphs. Their CRM also has a bunch of exciting functions. We've been looking for the right tool to solve these needs for our business.

**What do you dislike about Deskera CRM?**

I've been encountering a lot of issues with this software lately. The invoice gets sent to the customer on the wrong date with the wrong due date. There are also instances where the invoice and reminders for overdue payments are not sent to the customer. Moreover, merge tags that are not populated in emails are sent to the customer and recurring invoices could not be changed or discontinued. Also, just recently, all invoices and reminders sent from Deskera are going to spam which is why our clients cannot pay their invoices. It's very frustrating. I have reported the issue and nothing has been done to fix it.

**Recommendations to others considering Deskera CRM:**

If you are looking for a more efficient and convenient software with good customer service, then you're better off with another one.

None at all. It used to work for me, but now it does not seem to do its job properly. It's affecting our business as it's giving a very bad impression to our customers.

It has a lot of potential but any new product is as good as their founders. How else do you build credibility for something with bugs and gaps? The founders should be responsive and helpful.

This this case, poor show by the founder!

The founders are unresponsive and also went back in their promise.

I have every screenshot of the emails and conversations if someone would life to differ or may want to seek more details.

I love the reality I can put together my whole business work process in one apparatus and see it in one dashboard. I'm a sole proprietor of my little office, so productivity and speed are something of quintessence. I feel Deskera's CRM has permitted me to unify every one of my cycles into one simple-to-follow arrangement.

I sincerely feel like I have a VA with Deskera's CRM. Taking into account how youthful the item is, I can envision it developing to turning into an extremely strong CRM in any event for exceptionally enormous groups.

**What do you like best about Deskera CRM?**

Functional:
The CRM part which i am actively using has turned out to be my best CRM pick after going at 2 other CRM solns earlier.
The customisation capability via custom fields, filters, prospects pouring into this platform automatically via paid Ads lead automation, 
segmentation, embedded email marketing and some of the key strong areas which makes Deskera as my BEST CRM PICK.
Support: seeing a response time of 1-2 hrs is quite common with Deskera. A rarity as many a times you assume a 12/24hrs response time.
Documentation: one of the most heavily documented CRM. A crucial part for any user to shorten quick adoption of the solution with less time lost.
UI/UX: Deskera has one of the most human easy to learn navigation and grasp easily.
Overall: a wonderful product that is clearly slated to make big inroads ahead.

**What do you dislike about Deskera CRM?**

This CRM while still new has already taken robust shape and there is nothing which has come as a show-stopper for me.
I had some issue with custom fields and they was sorted within a day. 
So frankly no dislikes.

All this while i have used excel sheet for lead/prospect and customer tracking. All this crude and cumbersome ways of prospect tracking has changed for me for good.
Lot more organised now, time efficient, easily seggregated cases and stage tracking. Getting far more productive now.
Correspondance with prospects and more.

**What do you like best about Deskera CRM?**

Most other CRMs we used were either too complicated or didn't have all the features we needed. Deskera crm has solved all these problems and more! It's easy to use UI allows us to manage leads, accounts and opportunities without any training at all - even in complex situations like managing multiple clients with different products in various stages of the sales funnel. The support team is also very helpful when we need help setting up integrations with third party software like Zapier or MailChimp so that we can sync data between systems automatically. Overall it has been a great experience working with this product!

**What do you dislike about Deskera CRM?**

It would be fabulous to have the option of white labeling the CRM. It's always a good PR boost to show clients and staff that we created or developed our own system.

I've used other CRM systems, but Deskera is by far the best. It allows me to handle everything I need for my company. I can manage my clients and sales pipeline, market my business, and provide support. The system is simple to use, important corporate elements are incorporated, and add-ons are available to enhance functionality.

**What do you like best about Deskera CRM?**

This is a great CRM for people who work with many different platforms and use many different tools. I prefer that everything is in one place and that I don't have to constantly switch between different tools. I love that I can add contacts and colleagues easily and that it syncs with all of my devices seamlessly (thanks to the great mobile app). Currently, Deskera CRM has the most basic marketing tool - email marketing, which can help a company to run a very basic marketing campaign with email template, email builder, form builder...And the best part is, you can send unlimited emails if you use your own email service

**What do you dislike about Deskera CRM?**

Deskera CRM is basic to my need as it can help me to integrate well with other Deskera tools (Books and People). Currently, it can't beat up another CRM tool that I am using since it lacks many functions (one of them is effective automation modal), not to mention the lack of current diversifying marketing tools aside from Email.

**Recommendations to others considering Deskera CRM:**

If you need an affordable yet simple ERP, Deskera all-in-one is worth trying, and Deskera CRM is a potential tool to consider in terms of an indispensable product of this ecosystem. But if you're looking for a complete automation CRM system alone, you will need a trial if it demands your diversified needs. It's worth mentioning that Deskera CRM has integration with other tools like Zapier, Syncspider... which can help you pool data from most of the other platforms.

**What problems is Deskera CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not used Deskera CRM enough to have a deep insight, but currently, Deskeara CRM helps me enough to complete some simple tasks in terms of CRM, to have a full contact list to integrate with other tools. I mostly use Deskera Book, but without Deskera CRM, we need to have more screens and tools to integrate the data. And the Deskera CRM platform has the potential to have further development with those honest reviews from the community.

**What do you like best about Deskera CRM?**

+ We use the forms & landing pages for lead generation. We are able to store the leads data in various segments.
+ Further, we like that the leads can be funneled through pre-sales, sales and post-sales workflow for nurturing them and targeted campaigns
+ The integrated help-desk modules makes it easy to provide support and get tickets from clients.
+ The accounting features are nice enough to manage financial transactions - payments, expenses and salaries
+ UI is easy to use
+ We are able to use Api and web-hooks to sync with systems on zapier and other Saas products.

**What do you dislike about Deskera CRM?**

* Would like a chatbox solution which we can use in landing pages, website, support desk and social media channels
* Project management needs more  features like advanced task automation, task assignment and project workflows
* Need more financial tools like quickbooks and per project / per client cost, sales, projections
* Would be better to have native integrations with some important saas products than go for zapier integration

Good for Small Businesses and Medium Enterprises for complete client management. But, higher enterprise companies might need more advanced features and automations

I've always find great reviews about the Deskera software, this all-in-one platform would be everything you'll need for your business, it has a great user interface design and user experience, this one is more focused in automations and for scalability, if you're serious in your business this a must-have platform you should try!

This platform is an ongoing work, they're building all these connected apps to have a great scalability and automations support, so there's nothing I can dislike, I just know this all-in-one platform has frequent updates going on, my recommendation would be to not wait and try out right now what this platform could do for your business and team, I'm pretty sure you'll see the potential it has.

Just have in mind this all-in-one CRM is a work in progress. Just keep close to any update. I'm sure you'll get amazed at the quality of this product!

I've been playing around the platform, checking out what it allows you and what will allow in the future, it has forms, contacts, email-smtp, automations, even you can connect it to your bank account! You can literally manage your entire business and team inside the Deskera platform.

**What do you like best about Deskera CRM?**

It contains multiple tools to help manage your clients from leads through to customers.  Includes forms, landing page, funnels and has automation on the road map and has the grand vision of being the only software you'll need to run your business.  The team are very responsive, I fed back several problem areas, and they are actively working to address them.

**What do you dislike about Deskera CRM?**

I'm using a very early version and have provided feedback on areas that need a little work; for example the landing page editor wasn't very intuitive, you couldn't easily move items around; this has now been addressed so it's a much better experience.  By default there is no last name option for customers, this can be added as an additional field.  Currently, the currency is $ only; they have let me know they will allow £ soon.  For every item I don't like, the team has been very responsive to feedback and is looking to address each point I raise.

The software brings togeather a range of seperate tools, set up forms and funnels to capture potential customer interest, follow it through with contracts and billing. A really good set of tools in a single system.

**What do you like best about Deskera CRM?**

The CRM has a bundled feature of email marketing and a help desk as a package. Moreover, it offers multiple pricing at an affordable rate, especially for startups and small enterprises to get started using a CRM. Also, you can keep track of all of my transactions in one place, coupled with an audit trail. Hence, you have a like history feature of all the activities that you do inside the CRM. In handling leads, you will have a pipeline view to drag the prospect from one stage to the next, similar to a kanban board. Lastly, The learning curve is short, and the user interface (UI) is straightforward to operate, making it simple to learn and get started. And if you ever get stuck, there's comprehensive documentation available online and a Facebook Group community to ask questions and provide feedback.

**What do you dislike about Deskera CRM?**

Currently, there's a limited integration to other platforms either using zapier or similar tools. Also, it would be better for Deskera CRM to have direct integration with SMS services like Twilio and Chat Platforms like FB messenger, Telegram as this would increase visibility and open rates for the campaigns instead of relying on just email. Furthermore, as a wishlist, which Deskera currenly doesn't have is the automation features to automatically move tasks, leads along the pipeline that can create tags and have conditional logic for segmentation and passing the lead from one campaign to another.

**What problems is Deskera CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Embeddable forms for lead generation with email campaigns and help desk center connected to your own SMTP which allows me to send branded emails from my own email service provider. These features, the pricing plan together with the ability to access the CRM using the web browser or mobile app allows me to save time and money.

**What do you like best about Deskera CRM?**

I feel that Deskera always has a clean, intuitive user interface, and that is one of the main features of the CRM.  It's easy to navigate, and it's clear what to do within each section.   The other thing is simplicity.  Right now, there are not many bells and whistles, and it is really focused on the core of tracking users, segmenting them, managing campaigns and deal funnels.   The contacts section is designed very much in a spreadsheet-style which makes it easy to see, filter, edit, etc., and that is something that I like when you want to get in quickly, do a search or filter,  see something and then move on to the next activity.

**What do you dislike about Deskera CRM?**

This is most likely a feature that is coming soon, but one thing that I miss is having a detailed view of a contact so i can see all the activity, history, and actions at a per contact view.   The other important thing for me is integrations, and right now, the automations feature is coming soon.  I am sure they will add in the ability to do outbound webhooks and integrate with platforms like Zapier and Pabbly Connect so that things can be added to the CRM via API, and also things can be triggered when certain events happen inside the CRM.

**What problems is Deskera CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The key is having all your contacts tracked and managed in a single place and to be able to properly segment them by persona or stage or tags so you can target them with campaigns and information.    Many CRMs are just overkill and some are too simple and not much better than Excel.   So looking for that mid-range that doesn't require extensive setup but can easily unlock the power you need to understand your entire contact base and target them properly.

If you are looking for a complete CRM solution that can help you and your team (or if you're solo) collaborate, work smarter, be more productive and sell more. Deskera is the right choice!

It provides multiple functionalities (forms and landing pages are the best) to its users and offers easy customization without coding experience & at an affordable price point too.

The best part is that it comes with a great support team which helped me with some advanced integrations. They listen to user problems and act upon them which is rare.

Deskera works perfectly for me as an all in one solution. It is a complex tool with many features, but easy to navigate and work with.

Feel like new features and updates are a bit slow but it makes sense as it's a complex product and they take really good care of balancing everything and everyone wishes.

Each business has its own challenges with so many CRMs out there it's hard to find the right one. I'd suggest trying it out and see if it fits well into your workflow as it's really easy and flexible and the learning curve is short.

I worked with several other CRM systems but was unable to find something that was close to what I wanted to achieve. I was introduced to Deskera and was very happy with it the moment I saw it. Nothing else could match up to the features that Deskera had. It has helped me in so many ways especially in being able to track the lead life cycle, reporting on leads or conversions as well as sales cycles.

I like that there is a CRM, email marketing, and help desk in one package. It helps a lot to connect my leads database, contact database, email marketing campaigns, and support together. I am able to track my deals, email marketing, and customer support in one place. The learning curve is low and an easy to use interface makes it easy to manage.

This CRM has all the features you need to manage your sales, marketing and support efforts. With the intuitive design, you'll be able to quickly and easily create deals, contacts, and tasks. Create email campaigns and run them through the built-in email marketing tool. This CRM is perfect for the modern day business.

**What do you dislike about Deskera CRM?**

I would like to see more integrations with other platforms either natively or using third party services such as Zapier and Integromat.

A powerful and more advanced builder for page, email, and help center. The builder is quite okay but they should add more modules that will provide extra customization and the ability to make it display what we really need.

Automations is a must for a great CRM. This would help save a lot of time doing manual work such as assigning deals to staff per stage and etc.

The ability to white label the CRM would be nice to have. Show customers and staff that we have our custom built by us or built for us system is always a nice reputation boost.

I have used other CRM platforms, but Deskera is the best. It allows me to do everything I need to do for my business. I can manage my sales pipeline, keep track of my contacts, market my business, and provide support to my clients. The system is easy to use, vital business components are integrated, and there are extra function add-ons available. The best part is that I can do it all from one easy to use platform. I highly recommend Deskera CRM.

Deskera is a great software I have been looking for a long time.. I am very impressed with the Deskera CRM and the time and effort that has been put into developing it. It looks very user-friendly and is especially convenient as it is so mobile-friendly. It will definitely be adding value to my business.

It is not connected with the GST portal for seamless GST filing in India.

Kindly cross-check Local tax compliance for some countries, For my country, it is there. Rest all is fine, there is tons of integrations so it will be connected to your current software.

I have been using Deskera CRM since a few days, and am just loving them. Its a one stop solution to manage your organization. 
Not to mention the UI is also so clean and easy to use. Its the next big thing for managing your organization under one roof. 
Also support groups and community on facebook, Live Webinars. they are just great.

I have been using it since a few days and there is no such thing to dislike as of now. I am just enjoying it..
I guess, video in-depth tutorials would just add cherry on the top. thats what missing currently.
I look forward to more integrations.

I had a hard time to maintaing my clients data, the leads closed, lost and all. but this software just makes it easier for me.. i previously used to manage through google sheets. but now it has made my work just easier.

Deskera CRM integrates a landing page builder with email campaigns. For a website, I can build a simple landing page from scratch using the Deskera visual editor or I can use one of the several pre-made templates. The landing page can collect email leads and add them to the CRM. With the contact list, I can build email newsletters directly in Deskera. Again, I have the option of building my own newsletter or using one of their templates.

**What do you dislike about Deskera CRM?**

I don't like the UI. I know that UI is a personal preference, but the UI in the Desktop CRM hinders my workflow. The side menu only shows icons, which means I have to stop and hover each time to find the function I am looking for. Deskera, if you HAVE to keep the side menu, please make it wider and add the text label.

**What problems is Deskera CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am trying desperately to streamline my workflows and minimize "tool creep." I'm spending more time learning tools than actually generating business. Finding tools that can combine multiple functions is what lead me to Deskera. With Deskera, I have DRIP, landing page, and newsletter functionality. If I can build more email automation (Deskera says this functionality is coming soon), then I can eliminate even more tools.

- Easy to use lists and add them to pipeline. 
- Interrelations btw funtions is made easy. example using a specific type of user from a list and qualify them to the pipeline and use in your cmapaign. 
- Forms and Landing pages inbuilt is a BIG win :) 
- moreoever you and create the the funnel to see a bird eye view if your hypothesis is working or you need to twist your campaign.

So far, I don't have anything to dislike, because automation has not yet been released, but will be soon. If I must mention, I think it will be great if there was an in-dial widget so I don't have to use CallRail, and it will just make things easier to track everything in the Pipedrive.

The customer service/chat service is very decent, as I usually hear back from the team in 24hrs. I like the idea of having CRM, books and people in one place.

**What do you dislike about Deskera CRM?**

It is long way from perfection as compared to other major players like HubSpot, Zoho, etc. There are a few bugs that I have raised with the team. Won't recommend signing up for a lifetime deal as future upgrades/product enhancement may not be covered in it and you may have to buy additional licenses like their CRM+ feature, which I think should be standard for any CRM providers. The Facebook community is very active, but I have noticed that some posts ( though within the regulations) won't be approved, if the admin doesn't like it.

It is very very basic CRM. Additional functionality's like audience segmenting, landing page creation etc is fairly limited to CRM+ tool which is mostly sold as a seperate product.

Extremely robust platform. Smooth UI. Loads fast. Feels intuitive. Things like the universal "Create New" button at the top right make it easy to do the most common actions quickly. 
Very well thought-out.

I really appreciate that they already built out the first stages of Zapier and Integromat integrations.

SUGGESTION: Integrations. are. everything... especially when it comes to a CRM. If it's going to be the complete data hub, it also has to be the robust connection between all my tools. Most work processes that are client facing begin with a form of some kind. Highly process-oriented companies, from small business to enterprise, are going to rely on a robust library of available integrations. So, it's going to be vital to put a high priority on beefing up native integrations, as well as expansion of the Zapier and Integromat (and Integrately and Pabbly Connect) integrations for both triggers and actions.

I didn't see "New Form Submission" as a trigger available in Zapier or Integromat.

I've tried quite a few all-in-one business management platforms and none seem to integrate Accounting, CRM, and HR functions quite as smoothly and seamlessly as Deskera. The interface is easy to use and the developers are working closely with their Facebook and Discord communities to refine and improve the product.

I can't say I dislike anything yet, but there is still room for improvement. More integrations would be helpful and accounting reports could use some additional flexibility. It can't quite compete with the likes of QBO or Xero... yet... but it's getting there!

For me the learning was little overwhelming at present because I was not use to this kind of tool before and was doing everything manually or on spreadsheets. I am liking that once we get used to it, it is simpler and easier to manage.

Integrating Deskera with other tools makes it seamless.
They keep conducting various usecase programs which is a good plus.

I enjoy using deskera CRM and the tools to connect the leads and prospects that my team are working on connecting with. overall I am satisfied with Deskera and glad to see the features they have are robust and easy to navigate

Nothing at the moment, i am overall pleased with the software and plan to use it across the organization at this time.

**What do you like best about Deskera CRM?**

Deskera CRM+ is a very wholesome and feature pack that has all the essential features in it. Though we love most that it has an in-built ticketing system so that we need not to switch between multiple tools. Secondly, the email campaign is again another great feature.

**What do you dislike about Deskera CRM?**

Nothing as such, though it's missing many small features and needs a lot of improvements.

**What problems is Deskera CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's solving almost all our problems like contact management, order processing, and communication with the client through the support tickets. Those advanced and granular reports help us in understanding our most selling products.
