Their flexible and practical billing structure (with a great roll-over offering) makes budgeting easy and predictable. Communication is consistently excellent, and they provide design files in a variety of formats (including Canva and InDesign) which gives us great flexibility on our end. **What do you dislike about Design Force?** The only minor challenge is that sometimes the initial concepts miss the mark and require more detailed direction from our side. Our projects seem to come in waves and its great that we can use more hours one month than others. **What do you dislike about Design Force?** I'd love more of a "hey this will likely cost x amount of hours" but understand that number is very hard to calculate. **Recommendations to others considering Design Force:** If you are looking for supplemental design, this is a great source. I could not recommend them enough! **What problems is Design Force solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have one in-house graphic designer. We have a little more work than one person can handle but not enough consistent work to justify on-boarding a second in-house graphic artist.
