We love having a dedicated team, including a project manager who keeps everything on track. All deliverables go through an Art Director for quality approval, ensuring top-notch results. Their flexible and practical billing structure (with a great roll-over offering) makes budgeting easy and predictable. Communication is consistently excellent, and they provide design files in a variety of formats (including Canva and InDesign) which gives us great flexibility on our end.
