I sometimes find the interpreter integration with the keyboard and mouse a bit challenging, making the interaction slightly less intuitive than I would prefer. I have a hard time with the learning curve for Descript. The subscription plans are confusing and there's no credit for unused subscriptions if I upgrade. The customer service is basically non-existent, just an AI bot. Some features require the business plan, like using my own branding assets, and I can't upload some video formats. The onboarding process isn't great, and I think they should provide more material for new users.
