This happened repeatedly: first, we were charged extra for a function that wasn’t originally included; then, a feature covered in the initial SOW was later excluded, requiring further payment; and finally, a third instance arose where undisclosed costs were introduced without prior communication.

Global shipments appear to be hard to process. I dont actually think this is Pace Jets deficiency. Its simply the idea of the brute when attempting to dispatch universally. Wares and HTS codes can be to some degree depleting to enter.
