What do you like best about Deonde?

I like Deonde's food delivery software because it's well-designed and allowed me to launch both my website and app live with the menu in just a week. I also appreciate their subscription model, which is very affordable and monthly, so it's risk-free for me. The initial setup was very easy; I just shared my restaurant information, menu, and logo, and Deonde helped me build everything. There's also a lifetime free demo for the restaurant web, which I find adds a lot of value. I use Deonde for my restaurant business to manage everything easily from one dashboard, and it helps with marketing, reviews, menu management, and more. I can even integrate Deonde with my POS system. It has really helped in terms of growing my restaurant and building my brand name, White Oak Tavern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deonde?

I feel like the customization options could be better with Deonde. It's not really a big challenge for me, but I noticed that everything is based on fixed templates. It would be nice to have more flexibility rather than just sticking to the preset designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good end-to-end ordering and delivery flow, minor mobile issues"

What do you like best about Deonde?

Deonde is great value for money and lets us launch a delivery operation quickly without heavy development. The admin dashboard is straightforward for managing products, pricing, delivery fees/zones and order status. The end-to-end flow (customer ordering → dispatch/driver → tracking/notifications) reduces a lot of manual work and keeps operations consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deonde?

Customization can feel limited unless you do extra development, and some parts of the UI/UX are a bit dated. We’ve also seen occasional friction on mobile (especially Android) around phone verification/checkout steps, which can impact conversions. Reporting/analytics and integrations could be deeper (more flexible exports, webhooks, and clearer troubleshooting tools). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
