Our office uses Dentrix to the fullest. It's easy to learn and navigate even if you're used to another software. It integrates well with the other software's we utilize such as our x-ray software and our appointment confirmation application. There are so many things you can do within Dentrix without needing other apps. Their chat support is extremely helpful, rarely a long wait time, they can easily remote in to help fix any issue. Our main concern is the amount of updates needed lately. With the number of computers we have in our office it can take up to 3 hours to update and sometimes when a computer is off the system will still say Dentrix is running on that device which can be frustrating.
