## About Gondola
Running good sales demos is hard. You have to prepare sales assets from scattered locations, personalize the content, present with purpose and flexibility, and follow-up promptly all while collecting information to push the deal forward. And don’t forget this all needs to sync with the CRM. These challenges are even harder for new reps to grasp, and as a team grows these problems are even more costly. Bottom line: steps get missed, quality declines and deals get lost. Gondola brings these scattered processes into one streamlined tool. We take all of the work out of running demos so that reps can focus on what they do best- selling. With Gondola, users can build out a customized demo in seconds with an easy drag and drop interface. Reps can pull from a library of demo-ready team assets and easily integrate live URLs as a slide. During the presentation, reps can effectively drive sales process using integrated notes and can even pivot the demo on-the-fly to cater to conversation tangents. After the demo, follow-up emails can be generated quickly with a customized demo summary. And of course everything is synced back to the CRM. The result is a scalable sales process that reps and leaders love.

**What do you like best about Gondola?**

Combining several capabilities to mix slides and live demos, incorporating direct integrations with salesforce, mailbox and others allowing you to fully automate E2E customer meetings, complete with follow ups, actions and very visual communications to the customer that what was discussed has been understood.

**What do you dislike about Gondola?**

No particular dislikes! Great product overall!

**What problems is Gondola solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to increased online meetings, and also to transform the way we position our value propositions to our customers, we needed a solid way to work together between presales and sales teams, making sure both slides, demos, become smooth stories that are repeatable. All while capturing and documenting all relevant information from the customer during discovery.

**What do you like best about Gondola?**

Gondola.ai is just a simple chrome extension tool to handle tabs and file transitions on screen shares. The web-based application they have is very limited in functionality, so their chrome extension is the main thing to use. In addition, it has a very simplistic note feature taking that currently only syncs to Salesforce and no other CRMS including Hubspot. As it doesn't integrate with Hubspot, and who knows when that is coming, we, unfortunately, couldn't use the note-taking. The only thing I can attribute as a positive after being a Gondola user for months now is this simplicity with transitioning and cutting down on clicks. Instead of having to click through numerous times and tab over and over you could make a seamless transition between URLs and files on your computer (PDFs, images, etc).

**What do you dislike about Gondola?**

For starters, they require you to sign a 12mo commitment contract that they enforce and, for no circumstances, let you out of. Their cost for this straightforward tool is pretty steep. We were forced to do a 5-seat min commitment for $250/mo despite only wanting to start with 3 total seats. The main sales rep on their team has repeatedly promised their HubSpot integration would be coming. He'd give a specific period, and then that period would arrive without a word from him. Long behold, over 6mos later, there is still no HubSpot integration which was initially hard sold to us before we even started using Gondola. The latest promise today (11/9/22) is it's "coming next month" after we requested a cancellation. Outside of onboarding, where the rep was helpful, everything has been silent and no communications from them unless we had a technical issue with the tool and reached out. Over the few months, we ran into a lot of small glitchy things where our URLs for demos wouldn't pull in properly; they displayed in Gondola, and then you hit present and get to the slide later on in the presentation it was blank. It hit a point where it was easier to go back to the old way of demo-ing vs. spending so much time staging on their extension.

Ultimately, I am very disappointed in this service because of what this tool does, how much they charge, the time it takes to do repetitive things,  and how they handle contracts/cancellations.

**What problems is Gondola solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only problem we were able to solve initially was making it look nicer when demo-ing. We saved a few clicks and made transitioning from a deck into the product as needed look smoother. Based on a former rep's suggestion to use this tool, we thought it was needed to help us win more but as we onboarded more reps and worked through our demo processes, we realized we didn't have a problem with demo-ing our product that this tool needed to solve.

**What do you like best about Gondola?**

I was given the opportunity to use Demoflow as a brand new employee and freshman SE. I immediately saw the appeal to solutions engineers/consultants, because the ease of storytelling and an uninterrupted flow of relevant content to prospects is so obvious. Our dedication to excellent service and our desire to show that our solution is the best in the business is incredibly important, and Demoflow makes that process so easy. I do not worry about a PowerPoint presentation's links not working anymore... I simply put everything into Demoflow and I take my hands off the keyboard. It has taken my anxiety from 100 to 20 in just a few weeks of onboarding. Thank you for such an awesome solution!!

**What do you dislike about Gondola?**

Sometimes Demoflow can be a little buggy. However, when the customer service is willing to drop everything and help someone out (as I've personally witnessed), those bugs are quickly worked out so that the product is better and the consumers are happy and the clients on the receiving end of presentations are completely unaware that any drama has happened. Kudos to Mitch and the gang for crazy rapid-fire service! Bravo!

**What problems is Gondola solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storytelling has become so much easier. When our company is very driven to create a dialogue and story that is unmatched in the industry, presentation is everything. Making sure that "story" is uninterrupted and just "flows" is quintessential to making sales and letting a potential client be heard in the best way.

**What do you like best about Gondola?**

Demoflow has been an amazing tool to help with SFDC note-taking and for keeping opportunities updated.  The ability to customize note-taking templates inside of their UI makes it incredibly customizable for your specific product and needs.

**What do you dislike about Gondola?**

Nothing to dislike, it's an awesome product and very much helps Account Executives and Business Development Reps with their productivity. Also helps to keep the managers off our backs.

**What problems is Gondola solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping MEDDIC and opportunities updated are the main functions that I use demo flow for and it has helped me save a ton of time from having to copy and paste notes.

**What do you like best about Gondola?**

For my team, it dramatically helps my Sales reps tailor presentations specific to the client's requirements. If they need to adjust it during the presentation.

**What do you dislike about Gondola?**

The only thing that I dislike is that the Google Chrome browser tabs are hidden during demos. You need to go back to the module to open it up again.

**What do you like best about Gondola?**

I love how the tool connects right to SalesForce so my teams notes sync back to their opps following any meeting with a prospect automatically. I think the ability to quickly update a CRM is critical in a high velocity sales enviroment. We can get 2-3 more prospects per rep per week with the time savings alone from DemoFlow. 

Additionally the content library is super straight forward, easy to manage, and allows for content edits on the fly while in demo with the prospect.

**What do you dislike about Gondola?**

The tool was a little clunky when we started, but we get phenominal support and almost all of our desired features have been added or are part of the roadmap now.

1.) The User Interface - it's pretty clean.
2.) The Google Suite Integration
3.) The ability to toggle with browsers, making browsers seem like a PowerPoint slide but in real-time. You can actually interact with your slide!
4.) The support I received from their professional services/post-sales team. They basically held my hand!

**What do you like best about Gondola?**

Our favorite positive takeaway when using Demoflow was the ability to set an upfront agreement and concrete next steps following the meeting. The meeting summary slide allows us to save valuable questions that need answering for later reference and to hold both the buyer and seller accountable through interactions.

**What do you dislike about Gondola?**

I'd like there to be support for more slide editing options.

1) Sticking to a structured demo framework

**What do you like best about Gondola?**

Demoflow is easy-to-learn and makes my live product demonstrations look 10X more professional.

**What do you dislike about Gondola?**

It's a newer company so there's still room to grow, but even as a small team they've clearly put in the work to ensure their product does exactly what it's supposed it.

**What problems is Gondola solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During live product demonstrations, I always felt that it looked unprofessional when customers could see all of my tabs, bookmarks, extensions, slack notifications, desktop folders, etc. 

Demoflow completely solves this problem. It shows your client only what you want them to see. You can switch from Web Browser to PDF and it appears as a single interactive powerpoint presentation with no background noise. 

It even goes a step further. Since I used to take all hand-written notes during video calls (old school...I know), I was constantly looking at my client, then down at my paper, then back up at my client, etc. It looked unprofessional. With Demoflow, I can take all my notes right within the app and maintain full eye-contact with my customer the entire time. That is what I call a professional product demonstration.

**What do you like best about Gondola?**

As a rep who has to do multiple demos a day, Demoflow allows me to only spend a few minutes to prep for a call and still have the same tailored and customized presentation I need. I can spend more time selling and less time with meeting prep and internal follow up tasks. Demoflow also keeps me organized and the integration with SFDC is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Gondola?**

Demoflow took some convincing for me to commit to. When you only have one shot to give a pitch, leveraging a software can be scary and it adds another variable to the mix. Getting confident and building a level of understanding is key. Demoflow didn't do anything to make me lose confidence in the software or what it was trying to accomplish, it was a personal hesitation I needed to address. Once past that hurdle, I can't do a demo without it.

**What problems is Gondola solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Demoflow allows me to prep for a meeting in under 30 seconds. It helps me move my sales cycles along faster buy creating a joint execution plan with the client during the meeting. This is done discretely and has given my opportunities more legs and I am better at forecasting deals.

**What do you like best about Gondola?**

Love the ease of use & product functionality. Demoflow allows me to provide the highest quality sales demos on the fly as needed and also provide the best all encompassing features built for a proper sales cycle. Honestly this platform helps me close deals and allows me to present in a professional and simplistic manner. All of this equates to more sales and gives my prospects a great first impression of what I pitching them.

There is not much that I dislike at all.

Demoflow is 100% worth using on a daily basis!! I highly encourage any sales or customer facing professionals to implement Demoflow on a personal and company-wide basis. This tool and tech will make your life so much easier. It was also help you to accomplish your work more effectively! 

Super easy to use with a powerful and positive outcome resulting from it. 

**What problems is Gondola solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the aged old sales-related problem of being able to thoroughly present my demo that includes not only slides but also live links from my platform or any other website content that I need to show. I do not have to hop around between my sales deck and my product or a web browser. This also solves follow up emails from potentially being forgotten. Questions from the demo are no longer forgotten and next steps most importantly are able to be followed up easier now. This system rocks and help me win more sales!!!

**What do you like best about Gondola?**

The functionality in Demoflow called isolated user sessions has saved me so much time and made my demos so much more impactful. Essentially, this functionality enables me to log into multiple projects/accounts without logging in or out. In addition to helping the way I present demos to prospects, this tool has also helped me tremendously in saving time with email follow-ups, addressing unanswered questions and driving buying process with a mutual execution plan. I can’t imagine not using this tool - highly recommend this tool to any software account executive out there looking to up-level their sales process and save time!

**What do you dislike about Gondola?**

As I’ve worked with them, their salesforce integration has made great improvements. At first was pretty minimal, but now it’s very robust.

Better demo processes means more closed won deals.
