I saw people ranting about his on their social media accounts but little did I know & made a mistake of purchasing an account with Degoo. Upload speed is good but Download speed is pathetic. Either server will become unresponsive after sometime or you will get Slooooooooooow speed until "Server will become unresponsive" AGAIN. Customer Care Service is Myth. They give a generous amount of cloud data in the free plan and regular emails as "memory" serve up as a lovely reminder for the pictures taken on the same day previously. **What do you dislike about Degoo?** From January 05, 2023, Deego's free plan, which used to give 100GB of data, will now get reduced to 20GB, bringing Deego to par with all its competitors. Now with the most significant advantage given away, I believe Deego will drop its popularity as anyone who won't upgrade to a paid plan will have the files deleted permanently. **What problems is Degoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Degoo, despite having a lot of adverts and no end to end encryption in its mobile application, was a great solution to back up plenty of photos and videos when the space was running out on the phone. Degoo's free member can't upload large file (max 256MB). It's a limitation for the free member. When I share a video file link from the degoo cloud and share it with my other friends, my friends are playing video files but some of my friends can't access it for after sometime.
