Learn the system so you're aware of all the features and what the system does. If you get an e-mail or alert that there has been an update, give it a read over so you know the new benefits and understand the functions. Always be on the look out for the system to improve. From my understanding it's been updated so that there can be more than 1 person in the account at a time but they are just unable to input any info. While this is helpful if you need to add a note to the account, it doesn't help for example if you have a customer on the phone that you need to input information for. You just have to put it on a piece of paper and then transfer the information over later. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
