**What do you like best about defi ORIGINATIONS?**

I like that Defi is always uploading and constantly updating. It makes it hard to keep up with but that means that it also is always growing and improving.

**What do you dislike about defi ORIGINATIONS?**

I do not like that there can only be one person in an account at a time. It would be more helpful if there was a way to alert someone that another person was trying to get into the account.

**Recommendations to others considering defi ORIGINATIONS:**

Learn the system so you're aware of all the features and what the system does. If you get an e-mail or alert that there has been an update, give it a read over so you know the new benefits and understand the functions. Always be on the look out for the system to improve.

**What problems is defi ORIGINATIONS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From my understanding it's been updated so that there can be more than 1 person in the account at a time but they are just unable to input any info. While this is helpful if you need to add a note to the account, it doesn't help for example if you have a customer on the phone that you need to input information for.  You just have to put it on a piece of paper and then transfer the information over later.
