I love how reliable and fast Deepgram's transcription service is. The quality of the transcriptions is consistently high, which is essential for our AI-based SaaS. It helps us save a lot of time and effort, especially when dealing with large amounts of audio data. The platform is easy to integrate into our system, and it's been a huge asset to our workflow. While Deepgram is an excellent service overall, we’ve experienced some occasional API failures, although these are rare. Additionally, the pricing can be a bit challenging for startups with limited budgets, particularly when usage scales quickly. It’s something to keep in mind if you're a growing company.
