What do you like best about Deepgram?

We conducted extensive research and performance evaluations for our medical-domain speech-to-text application and determined that Deepgram’s specialized models offer superior performance and latency. We also value the platform’s additional features, such as speaker diarization and precise timestamping, which exhibit exceptional quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deepgram?

"Setup Was Simple, but High Support Costs"

What do you like best about Deepgram?

I like that the setup was relatively simple, which made getting started with Deepgram easier for us. I also appreciate the support being available 24/7, which is crucial for resolving issues anytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deepgram?

The $5k support fee made no sense, especially since we only used it twice, and we're moving to a different provider because of that. There was also another $5k that actually counted towards our credits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
