Firstly it analyses the accounts of the target company and shares risks, industry trends, performance against benchmarks, etc which then provides me with a list of areas to explore further with the seller. Following this it will provide valuations, which helps legitimise my offer. I then use the deal structuring feature to test out different structures and to stress test, and then I use the financial modelling functionality to check that it's not going to strain the business (or put me personally at risk). The deal document templates are also invaluable.
