Firstly it analyses the accounts of the target company and shares risks, industry trends, performance against benchmarks, etc which then provides me with a list of areas to explore further with the seller. Following this it will provide valuations, which helps legitimise my offer. I then use the deal structuring feature to test out different structures and to stress test, and then I use the financial modelling functionality to check that it's not going to strain the business (or put me personally at risk). The deal document templates are also invaluable. The software is super easy to use, especially for someone inexperienced with M&A and it'll guide you through the process. **What do you dislike about DeelFlo?** I'd like to see a data room built-in and somewhere to store notes following meetings with the seller. **What problems is DeelFlo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quicker and more robust analysis of deals, allowing me to quickly decide whether an opportunity is worth pursuing. Business valuations that I can stand behind. Deal structuring and financial forecasting to ensure the deal will actually work in practice, without bankrupting the business (or me).
