One of the granters my nonprofit relies on for program funding is using Deed to verify applicants. I have been trying for two months to get onto Deed's platform and connect with the granter as a company on there. My first issue was being verified by Paypal, which took over week.

Now I am in Deed's platform, and have no way to connect with the granter on there as required. I have been in contact with the support team and they have not been able to identify what the issue is, offer support, or provide timely updates on the problem. The grant application is due in a matter of weeks, and I have not been able to view the application or begin working due to Deed's inefficiencies.

It is incredibly frustrating and a huge hindrance to nonprofits they are claiming to help. We are being locked out of taking advantage of a huge funding opportunity due to small technical errors. Deed is so easy to access and use compared to other giving and volunteering platforms I have used. It has a great user interface that is pretty intuitive, but there's also a very good 'Knowledge Hub' if you get stuck.
