**What do you like best about Intermedia?**

Cost and features, US based company as well

**What do you dislike about Intermedia?**

Nothing really except that because it is VOIP when there is an electrical outage and Internet is lost, then the phone service is lost as well, BUT all voice mails are retrievable.

**Recommendations to others considering Intermedia:**

All that I said above.

**What problems is Intermedia solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are so happy with the cost savings from the traditional land line service that we had for so many years.  Less than half the price of what we were paying.  Love the features as well.   Don't hesitate to look into changing your phone service to Intermedia.   A US based company too!  Right out of Santa Clara County.
