It is very specifically useful for small and growing teams that want to manage the recruitment process without using multiple tools. This platform also supports multiple postings to job boards and has a free, low-entry pricing model, which is a good thing. **What do you dislike about JOIN?** This platform has more advanced features, but most of them are hidden behind higher-tier plans. The platform is easy to use, proper setup of pipelines, templates, scorecards and workflow is needed to get the best value out of it.
