**What do you like best about Decorum?**

I like how customizable Decorum is. Based on several factors, our order flow varies from customer to customer, and Decorum gives us the flexibility to give each customer a suitable experience. The customization is as simple as on-off buttons, and we are able to do them ourselves, without any coding or other help from Decorum’s team.

**What do you dislike about Decorum?**

I’ve had a pretty good experience with the implementation and usage of Decorum. They’ve been responsive and available as and when required. No complaints.

**What problems is Decorum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our order process was quite complex with several product variables. This resulted in a lot of online & offline communication. We were looking to build a custom solution when we stumbled upon Decorum. Decorum has helped map out our process and automate it, easing several operational tasks and reducing manual communication / interventions to a large level.

**What do you like best about Decorum?**

With Decorum in place, I don’t manage orders on email anymore! This has been a huge relief as emails were not efficient for receiving orders. Also, orders we receive on Decorum are more complete as our customers get prompted to enter all necessary details.

**What do you dislike about Decorum?**

There's nothing to dislike about Decorum. It has transformed our operations, and the team behind it has been very easy to work with. The one and only (minor) issue I have is getting used to the way the phone numbers are set up without any dashes in between the numbers, but that is a minor detail.

**What problems is Decorum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our customers have responded very well to the ease of use of Decorum. Decorum has simplified order placing for them, and order management for us. We don’t need to manually copy order data anymore. The team can always log on to the platform and know what’s happening without following up with each other.

**What do you like best about Decorum?**

Decorum has transferred the way I oversee order and sales activities in the company. With all information updated in real-time on Decorum's mobile app. I do not have to hold regular sales meeting or make calls throughout the day to get updates. The team is working more efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Decorum?**

The team adapted to Decorum very easily. It is working well for us, as I don't dislike anything.

**What problems is Decorum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Decorum has given us the competitive advantage by shortening our order to despatch cycle, and allowing us to better serve our customers. There used to be a lot of communication error in the company earlier when orders were shared haphazardly. But now with all information in one place,we don't face that issue any longer.

User friendly and has all relevant information reference orders available at your fingertips. Our customers love it as well.

Nothing, we have not had any issues and love it

We are reducing the volume of emails between our company and our customers ref their orders. Human error has been minimized ref order entry. Our customers send us their orders via Decorum. The orders are then approved, dispatched, and closed on Decorum, keeping our customers and our customer service team informed. Integration with our ERP tool has further streamlined the whole process. It helps us provide excellence customer service.

**What do you like best about Decorum?**

I like that Decorum is a very clean software. Most enterprise softwares are not designed well, making them difficult to use. Decorum is user-friendly and we were able to onboard the team very quickly. The other great benefit of Decorum for our company is its integration with Tally. It has reduced a lot of duplicate work.

**What do you dislike about Decorum?**

There's nothing that I dislike about Decorum. We're pretty happy since we started using it.

Decorum has solved the problem of mismanaged orders in the company. It has significantly reduced the errors in order processing. It has increased the team's overall productivity.

**What do you like best about Decorum?**

I really like that Decorum captures all item-level and order-level details. The company had tried 2-3 other softwares before, but none were successful. With their mobile app, I can place orders and track them from anywhere at any time. Decorum is also very easy to use, even for a non tech-savvy person like me.

Decorum is working fine. Nothing to dislike

We use Decorum to monitor leads, place and track orders, and streamline our sales operations. Right from receiving an order to dispatching it - we manage everything on Decorum. Decorum has become a huge asset to our company's operations. It allows me to log in and check the live status of all orders, which means I can take quick measures as and when needed. It also keeps the entire team on the same page about orders in the company. Decorum has improved our efficiency and our customers are happy with our improved service to them.

Decorum is my trusted companion on the field. I like that it saves me a lot of time during the day from following up on orders. It also gives me quick access to all customer information

I don’t dislike anything. I am happy with all the features.

We are using Decorum at Sobisco to manage all our orders. It is giving our distributors an order portal to place their orders directly to the company. And with the sales mobile app, we are able to follow up with new leads and better serve our existing customers.

**What do you like best about Decorum?**

I like Decorum’s user-friendly interface. The order portal for our customers to place and track their orders has really eased operations in the company. The team has become more productive with more time to do important tasks

**What do you dislike about Decorum?**

Nothing. The app is great, and even the post-implementation service from Nikhil, Puja and their team has been very good.

The main purpose of using Decorum is to automate tasks that are wasting the time of our team members, and to make our distributors / customers happy with proper tracking of their orders.

Decorum enhances my productivity by providing a user-friendly platform for managing orders. I’m on top of all my tasks because of Decorum. I specifically like how it is not complex at all like most enterprise softwares, and all of us were able to start using it very quickly

I have not encountered any issues with Decorum

As a company, Sobisco started using Decorum to bring all orders in one place. While the main purpose was that, we have benefited greatly in other areas because of Decorum.

While Decorum is an off-the-shelf solution, I like how customisable it is. It almost feels like we are using a software that is tailor-made for our company.

**What do you dislike about Decorum?**

Nothing I can think of.  Everything seems to be fine.

Decorum has truly transformed the way I do my job. I no longer have to run between the office and the plant to get order updates. We also don’t rely on physical paperwork which was time taking with multiple rounds of approval and also prone to getting misplaced.

Decorum allows access to all customer-related and order-related information on the phone. This makes it very easy for us to manage our day-to-day activities as we are always on the move. The order placing process is also very quick.

I like that I could log in and check the live status of all the orders in the company. I also like how Decorum had drastically reduced phone calls and Whatsapp messages within the company.

**What do you dislike about Decorum?**

I don't particularly dislike anything, but they could make the iOS application for admins soon.

**What problems is Decorum solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Orders were generally dispatched in multiple shipments over a few weeks or months. Due to the long timelines, many partially dispatched orders were ignored. Decorum took care of that by allowing us to easily track such orders.

**What do you like best about Decorum?**

The simplicity with which it is able to handle all sales functions is great! Have been using it for my business needs for sometime now and even today any new entrant is able to understand the app instantly.

The fact that it doesn't have inventory in the current system, is something I wish to see in the near future.

Decorum is a great application for anyone trying to streamline sales for their organisation! It has been immensely helpful for us in creating customers, taking orders and fulfilling them. We trusted the team at Witbybit to give us a reliable application to  handle the end to end sales function and their app has delivered us phenomenal results. The reports have been extremely helpful in identifying our strengths and weaknesses

The order taking and billing process used to be very time consuming. The same has been made simple and efficient because of moving to Decorum. The biggest benefit is the time saved in reconciliation.
