That's possibly something in the programming that could be fixed. When you duplicate something, it partly covers the duplicated part, but the duplicated items aren't selected, so you need to click them one by one. You used to be able to marquee select elements in earlier versions, but not anymore. After spending hours creating a presentation, it doesn't even work. After dozens of emails, inconsistent terms, and seat limits that changed like the weather, I’m still unable to issue even ONE license to someone else — two years later. For example, I was in the process of preparing a webinar for my YouTube channel. Even though the specific topic I was discussing was not a part of the template collection, there was a webinar template. I simply substituted the template information with my information. To be transparent, that was the first time I did a YouTube video in the webinar format. After seeing my video and the others, I was able to confirm the format was correct, and I never would have used that format if it was not already laid out in the template provided by this company which is outstanding. I have never taken a course in business, as many physicians haven't but it means a lot to me to come across as professional and polished. This software allows for such. If you have not taken a course on writing presentations of any sort, the software is mandatory if that is a requirement for you as it will guarantee that you come across as professional and the documentation you provide is proficient which would increase the probability of you being successful in achieving the goals desired via your document preparation/submission. **What do you dislike about Decktopus?** There is absolutely nothing that I dislike, and as a matter of fact, every time I use it, I learn more things that I do like. **What problems is Decktopus solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has saved me money from having to hire someone to prepare all of the different documents which are required throughout my professional day. Before having the software, I would have had to have gone to Upwork or some other platform just because that person was experienced in formatting. Now, I can comfortably format and write proposals, pitch decks, webinars, etc... So I would save the benefits have been (1) FINANCIAL; (2) CONFIDENCE as I'm doing things myself FOR myself as opposed to trying to communicate my thoughts to a HIRED individual - just to wait for their draft which commonly required multiple revisions - so I guess I have to add a third BENEFIT (3) TIME!!!
