That would make it easier to make more informed decisions. Overall, the product is very easy to use/manage, the Roambee website is very user-friendly and the Roambee support team is a privilege to work with. **What do you dislike about Decklar?** There are no downsides to using Roambee ... any issues we ran into with the device, the Roambee support team worked quickly to resolve. You have get into it and play with it. This is coming from someone that has VERY little IoT experience. I'm still working on getting our campus setup, which does take some time. The support from the Roambee team has been outstanding. **What do you dislike about Decklar?** Too early to tell. I've only been working on this for 2-3 weeks, but everything so far is going pretty well. I have had a few issues with routers not responding that we've had to troubleshoot and figure out what has happened. **What problems is Decklar solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem we will be solving is finding out where our product is on campus. We have a large campus, and items do get misplaced now and then, so Roambee will help us with this. Roambee will also help us see when we have products sitting on the shelves/racks for a long time. We are working on a first in/first out mindset and looking to improve our turns, so this will help with that. As stated before, we are VERY early in the process of getting our complex setup with Roambee. One thing that has REALLY surprised me is the range of the routers. We should be able to cover much more of our complex with fewer routers than initially expected. Roambee support was able to provide input quickly, advising us to use a different browser.
