"Manage and create invoices online tool" 4/5 What do you like best about Debitoor? The online tool offers many possibilities to customize the design of the invoices. We can specify default values for the tax - then this is saved. The search is very well done, we can always access all our invoices. At the end of the year the numbering should automatically go to 0 - but unfortunately it still counts. So in our country you have to start at 0 in the new year, so we have to delete old invoices. The app for mobile devices works perfectly and it's always up-to-date. The search function is very responsive and allows a quick search of clients and relative invoices. It's a great software for the creation of invoices and budgets. The user interface is very intuitive, creates a database of clients and keeps them in the cloud. I can set the price of taxes according to the laws of the country. It has a section for the control of expenses and is integrated with Paypal for collections. Something I like very much is being able to have an order for the invoices charged, which can be charged, etc. and be able to follow them. It's an excellent way to organize. What I like is that it's very simple and intuitive. Not only can I make invoices and budgets, but I can also organize my income and expenses without using complex accounting terms, but with simplicity and functionality. It's integrated with PayPal, which is very useful because almost everyone uses that payment platform. I love the app! It works pretty well, with fast loading. It automatically saves customers who are billed, and something that I appreciate very much is being able to convert a budget into an invoice. This is pretty good; it saves me a lot of time.
