The Automatic restores helps you not to worry about losing any data. The alerts feature which helps you understand if any issues happened in the backup time, how many records that were moved/updated in the backup process. This tool also has ability to configure the records that we need to fetch from Salesforce ORG(more about writing our own SOQL queries and define conditions in the process). **What do you dislike about DBSync Cloud Replication?** The data process takes a little etc time when we move start the automatic backup process. This is the only thing that need to be handled. **Recommendations to others considering DBSync Cloud Replication:** This product is easy to use. It has flexibility to write our own SOQL queries to take the data back up as per our business process. Their support team is best who will always ready to help us on understanding the tool and giving us more information about how to use the tool as per our business model **What problems is DBSync Cloud Replication solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are big organization who maintain so much sales information and we were looking for taking a backup of all data without doing anything manually(We used salesforce default data export option which generally takes 4 to 5 hours for the backup export).
