Administrative user does not get enough power to change errors. **Recommendations to others considering DaysPlan:** If you have more than 15 employees, you will NOT have time to deal with this website at this point in time. **What problems is DaysPlan solving and how is that benefiting you?** PTO tracking and clock in and out for hourly employees. ### 2. It's incredible how easy it is to track work and time-off requests even from Android devices. I like the strengths that the program brought to the department in a modern cloud that I can use at any time for necessary management tasks. **What do you dislike about DaysPlan?** Automatic reports are important, and it has happened to me that an employee, while on a business trip, does not make a good connection to send the result, and I am bothered by the delay in work. I wish they would improve the platform so that reports can be sent with more reliability and help ensure the work is always delivered on time. It is an important factor for the positive development of work in my department. **Recommendations to others considering DaysPlan:** Each policy in the company ensures a better professional result and respect for the service. Additionally, managing the schedule correctly and handling days off with good management are important functions that can be done in the program without wasting time. Furthermore, accepting suggestions from employees for a better system with everyone's collaboration is crucial. **What problems is DaysPlan solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like to improve the company's policies with the program and assign staff better schedules, planning their days off or work on a platform without using spreadsheets that waste my time. Additionally, the monitoring and the price of the program are advantages, and I always receive good service with quick answers to any questions I may have. ### 3. With multiple offices that don't always stay on the same page it was hard to maintain coverage at one point within our building. Days Plan so far has offered an affordable and simple option to keep us organized. They are one of the better vendors I have worked with. **What do you dislike about DaysPlan?** I think their plan tiers are structured a bit odd in terms of what is or isn't included in each plan; however, the plans are cheap enough where this could be overlooked if this was the only program we were using. Some of the paid features/processes I could see being implemented into other software we currently use. Additionally, while the customer support is great, I feel that the training resources are very limited. **Recommendations to others considering DaysPlan:** If you are a smaller company / limited resources, this just may be the program for you. It's easy to use and extremely affordable. That said, if you are a larger company with other resources, if you have other programs that can handle time tracking and automation, it may not be worth the additional expense. **What problems is DaysPlan solving and how is that benefiting you?** Instead of one office using a spread sheet, one on email and another on a physical piece of paper, we now have one simple to use program that allows everyone to be on the same page. There's no longer confusion between who has what time off and when. ### 4. Control your time and report your progress in a timely manner. **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jack D. | Senior Architectural Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2019 **What do you like best about DaysPlan?** From the user interface are located the main functions and tools that can be deployed, has a tidy and functional appearance that allows to visualize optimally the activities established from the main panel, from mobile devices and desktop computers the account is linked and keeps under control the activities and pending tasks, is very simple to assign tasks with due dates, schedule activities based on a project development calendar and generate progress reports to keep teams and working groups informed of the activities performed, pending activities and activities in process. **What do you dislike about DaysPlan?** The options to establish flow processes and diagrams are limited, their capabilities to create work graphics are poor, this means a major disadvantage to establish and configure functions needed to control work times visually and with flexible options to adapt to demanding needs and modifications needed during the execution of tasks, notifications and alarms are simple and basic which prevents improving early warnings when significant delays occur in the execution of activities. **Recommendations to others considering DaysPlan:** It is not a software that allows your platform to link and integrate with other programs needed in the office, this implies certain complications for large companies that require immediate integration between business and corporate services software, from my experience is a limitation that the software does not allow linkage with other complementary platforms that improve and enhance the management capabilities of the software. **What problems is DaysPlan solving and how is that benefiting you?** From the office is a software that we deploy with the intention of improving time control in the office, from my experience is useful for access to lists of personal tasks to organize and plan the whole week of work and improve results during demanding formalities that require strict order and precise time controls with simple mechanisms to access for any user. ### 5.
