With the program, the policy and commercial license of the entire company improved, staff were assigned to all managers with the best schedules for operation based on agreements with each employee. It's incredible how easy it is to track work and time-off requests even from Android devices. Automatic reports are important, and it has happened to me that an employee, while on a business trip, does not make a good connection to send the result, and I am bothered by the delay in work. I wish they would improve the platform so that reports can be sent with more reliability and help ensure the work is always delivered on time. We needed a program that would help us keep track of time off for employees across our entire division. With multiple offices that don't always stay on the same page it was hard to maintain coverage at one point within our building. I think their plan tiers are structured a bit odd in terms of what is or isn't included in each plan; however, the plans are cheap enough where this could be overlooked if this was the only program we were using. Some of the paid features/processes I could see being implemented into other software we currently use. From the user interface are located the main functions and tools that can be deployed, has a tidy and functional appearance that allows to visualize optimally the activities established from the main panel, from mobile devices and desktop computers the account is linked and keeps under control the activities and pending tasks, is very simple to assign tasks with due dates, schedule activities based on a project development calendar and generate progress reports to keep teams and working groups informed of the activities performed, pending activities and activities in process. The options to establish flow processes and diagrams are limited, their capabilities to create work graphics are poor, this means a major disadvantage to establish and configure functions needed to control work times visually and with flexible options to adapt to demanding needs and modifications needed during the execution of tasks, notifications and alarms are simple and basic which prevents improving early warnings when significant delays occur in the execution of activities.
