I appreciate being able to schedule patient appointments using DaySmart Appointments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about DaySmart Appointments? I am really concerned about the dramatic price increase introduced by DaySmart Appointments in November 2025. This unexpected surge in pricing is a significant drawback, leading me to discontinue its use and use a different solution. They asked me to agree to a dramatic subscription fee increase by November 15, 2025, in order to be HIPAA compliant. I asked for an immediate cancellation and no further invoicing because they had suddenly changed the terms of their service.
