**What do you like best about Dataspike?**

Dataspike has been a game-changer for our AML compliance efforts. The feature we appreciate the most is its ability to identify and resolve duplicate entries in our reports. When we encountered duplicates, we reported them, and the Dataspike team promptly applied a hotfix within a matter of days. This level of responsiveness and dedication to resolving issues quickly has been impressive.

**What do you dislike about Dataspike?**

To be honest, there's very little that we dislike about Dataspike. However, there is room for improvement in terms of the user interface, which could be more intuitive and streamlined. Despite this minor drawback, the Dataspike support team is always available and ready to assist, ensuring that any concerns are addressed promptly.

**What problems is Dataspike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dataspike is solving a critical problem for us by providing a reliable and efficient AML solution. As a company committed to ethical business practices, it is essential for us to identify and prevent financial risks effectively. Dataspike has helped us achieve this goal by offering real-time data monitoring and analytics, which significantly reduces the likelihood of false positives. **What do you like best about Dataspike?**

I have been using Dataspike for AML solution for some time now, and I have to say that I am impressed with the 
platform. Here are some of my thoughts on it:
-The solution is highly customizable, which makes it easy to integrate into our existing workflow.
-Dataspike's customer support is fantastic. I've always received timely and helpful responses to all of my queries.
-The platform is highly user-friendly, and it's quick and easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Dataspike?**

If there have been any negative experiences, I have not encountered them. 
So, I don't dislike anything about Dataspike.

**What problems is Dataspike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is highly beneficial in helping us comply with regulations and avoiding penalties

**What do you like best about Dataspike?**

One of the standout features of Dataspike is their super responsive support team. During the initial integration process, we faced a few challenges, but their support was there every step of the way, providing invaluable assistance and guidance.

**What do you dislike about Dataspike?**

Initially, Dataspike didn't support driver licenses for ID verification, which was a feature we needed. However, they added support for driver's licenses later on, just as promised.

**What problems is Dataspike solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dataspike has solved a significant challenge for us by offering a variety of ways to embed ID verification into our customer flows. We mostly rely on WebSDK and API for now, Telegram messenger might be another channel we will be after soon.
