"Easy-to-Use Data Protection and Monitoring That Strengthens Security"
5/5
What do you like best about DataPatrol?

What I like best about DataPatol is its data protection & monitoring capabilities. It helps identify data, prevent unauthorized data transfers & reduce the risk of data leakage. The platform is easy to use, provides visibility into data activities & helps improve overall data security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataPatrol?

Some parts of DataPatrol could be easier to use & setting up DataPatrol at first might need help from an expert. DataPatrol's reporting & dashboard could be made better so that it is simpler to look at security incidents & to create reports. Overall, DataPatrol is handy. There is still room to make DataPatrol more user-friendly & customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Data Loss Prevention, but UI and Setup Could Be Smoother"
3.5/5
What do you like best about DataPatrol?

Datapatrol is useful because it helps protect information by monitoring data activities and stopping data transfer. Datapatrol’s data loss prevention features help identify security dangers and lower the risk of data leakage. Its monitoring and rule-enforcement tools also make it simpler to manage data security across the company. In total, Datapatrol helps organizations strengthen data protection and stay in line with security rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataPatrol?

I think one area that could use some polish is the way Datapatrol looks and feels for the user. Right now, Datapatrol can feel a bit clunky and not as straightforward as it could be. Some of the settings in Data Patrol require a bit of know-how, which can be a hurdle. It helps to spend a moment with Datapatrol, read the instructions, and get a feel for how things work. If the reports in Data Patrol were clearer and there were step-by-step help, it would be easier for people to figure out problems. In short, making Data Patrol easier to use and reducing the number of steps needed to set it up would make the whole experience smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Helpful, Collaborative Team Backed by a Great Solution"
5/5
What do you like best about DataPatrol?

The dynamic screen and print watermarking is the best part — it ties any leaked or shared document straight back to the user with their ID, IP and time, and the AntiCopy plus anti-screen-capture features cover the common leak methods without slowing machines down. Their team is also very supportive on projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataPatrol?

Not much to dislike. The admin console has a slight learning curve at first and could use a few more out-of-the-box policy templates, but nothing that affects daily use — and support is always responsive when we need them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Full-System Watermarking for Traceable, Accountable Data Protection"
4/5
What do you like best about DataPatrol?

• Full-System Protection: Unlike traditional solutions that only protect specific applications, DataPatrol displays visible, user-specific watermarks across the entire operating system, covering all screens, applications, and windows.

• Traceability and Accountability: Watermarks can embed metadata like the logged-in user, IP address, and time, making unauthorized screenshots, photos, or data leaks easily traceable back to the source Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataPatrol?

Several reviews highlight poor integration with other enterprise tools. Users have experienced gaps when trying to connect DataPatrol flawlessly into their existing security and IT infrastructure Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Sensitive Data Control with Flexible Permissions"
5/5
What do you like best about DataPatrol?

So far, we’ve had a pretty good experience with DataPatrol. We mainly wanted better control over sensitive information, and it’s been useful for that. I really liked the watermarking, anti-copy, screen capture, and printing prevention features. It’s also nice that these controls can be set depending on the user’s permissions and what they’re allowed to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataPatrol?

"Customizable System-Wide Watermarking That Protects Every Screen"
4.5/5
What do you like best about DataPatrol?

What I like best about DataPatrol is its dynamic screen watermarking that works across the entire operating system. Unlike solutions that only protect specific apps, DataPatrol applies visible, user-specific watermarks system-wide — covering all screens, applications, and windows. What makes it even better is that the watermarks are fully customizable — you can define the content, style, and policies per user group to fit your organization's specific needs. This means sensitive data is protected no matter where it's displayed, while creating strong accountability and making any data leak attempt easily traceable back to the source Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataPatrol?

Honestly, I have no dislikes about DataPatrol. It has met all our expectations and works exactly as needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best-in-Class Data Protection with a More Relevant License Model"
5/5
What do you like best about DataPatrol?

It is the best in protecting data in view and solve the other technologies’ gaps, and the way they are adopting to the markets need with good license models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DataPatrol?

I did dislike the license model that always make the solution in a very bad position in pricing competition with competitors, as it was not flexible, but now, the license model become more relevant Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
