I use Datagrasp for assessing my company with the PCI-DSS security framework. I really like that it is end-user friendly and straightforward. I also appreciate the feature that allows me to request help from the Datagrasp team if I'm unsure about what evidence I need to upload. The Datagrasp team is very receptive, making changes weekly based on suggestions or bugs, which I find quite valuable. The price for Datagrasp is unbeatable, which was a big factor for switching from our previous software. The initial setup was a piece of cake, and I was delighted to see my company logo when I signed in on the platform for the first time. I would rate my likelihood to recommend Datagrasp as '10 plus.' We are immensely indebted to Datagrasp’s inputs to our current-day activities in the Neuro Rehab Professional Group. Datagrasp is not just a management program, but a strategic partner that introduces transparency, security, and efficiency to our complete clinical, administrative, and auditing procedures. We treasure most of all its hassle-free compliance with HIPAA 2.0 guidelines, so that at all times, there is an explicit guarantee that the patient’s and the organization’s information is always protected within the highest regulatory parameters. It's fantastic to have a centralized location to keep track of your compliance, risk registry, and policies. With Datagrasp's help, we were able to finish and gather information quickly for our SOC 2 Type 2 audit. Keeping track of individual risks and seeing how far along we are on individual audits is also great. With Datagrasp, we can also keep track of our completed audits in a centralized location.
