It's also easy to track team progress and test skillsets. **What do you dislike about DataCamp?** The only thing I've found lacking to-date are the skill assessments. I think the questions are too easy and can be guessed at, even if one doesn't understand the concept. **What problems is DataCamp solving and how is that benefiting you?** DC is helping with upskilling both junior and senior data scientists on my team. Many of our data scientists come from non-technical backgrounds and picked up some bad habits by self learning. Instructions aren't super long like DataQuest. **What do you dislike about DataCamp?** At times, correct answers were not accepted (either due to bugs or because the answer was not in the exact format/syntax that the question writer expected). Instructions were sometimes ambiguous and would cause endless frustration as the student understood the concept but couldn't get past the dang code checker. Sometimes, it wouldn't be clear which fields to even select because the question didn't specify, yet you would get the question wrong if you selected the "wrong" field. Team members (myself included) are finding the various training courses and tracks to be extremely effective. The in-browser training with short <5 minute videos is much more effective than long 30 minute YouTube videos with downloadable content. The gamification and leaderboard has become an effective "friendly competition" tool to encourage everyone to keep visiting the site. At this point, I think we will maintain our licenses until we exhaust literally all of the content. **What do you dislike about DataCamp?** Very few downsides observed thus far.
