This could be more user than system **What problems is Databowl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Databowl saves us from hiring individuals to deal with the processing of data. The system itself can gather so much information and can do so much. **What do you dislike about Databowl?** The system itself needs a training course option and the facility for the end-user to be able to do it all themselves without being a developer. The help function can be clunky although the chat function is second to none so don't let that stop you from trying to use it. **What problems is Databowl solving and how is that benefiting you?** Databowl data collection is one of its greatest attributes, but it isn't just a data-gathering tool it can do so much more, emails, landing pages, SMS, APi. It truly is a magnificent piece of software. ### 4.
