The migration happens in two parts: part one, they upload it to a staging server; part two, they move it to your new service. There was an issue with part two that they immediately addressed without me having to report it. They fixed it, let me know the migration was continuing, and everything went smoothly. Their service and support has been amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
