DAT solves the covering and searching loads/trucks problem, as well as the rates per lane problem, because you have everything on DAT, you have the interface and tools to verify customers' information, customers' rates, also you can post your trucks or loads, and the carriers are going to be contacting you if they are interested in you. It is allowing us to post shipments to the national board to allow visibility to shipments we are looking to cover. We normally have regular carriers who handle specific shipments, but at times have one-offs, or extra shipments that our regulars are not able to cover and we need coverage for and this allows for that opportunity Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"NO BARRIERS TO ENTRY TO PREVENT FRAUD AND PROTECT THEIR CUSTOMERS!!"

What do you like best about DAT Load Board?

Once again DAT has no barriers to entry to prevent fraud. As long as they are paying customers they do not provide protection against fraudulent brokers or carriers. This is the 3rd time a fraudulent incident has occurred. I am leaving this review to hopefully encourage them to do something about this. In a previous instance, nothing could be done regarding a fraudulent individual who claimed to be under a broker company. PLEASE PROVIDE SOME BARRIERS TO ENTRY TO PROTECT THE CARRIERS AND BROKERS, YOUR CUSTOMERS!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
