In a previous instance, nothing could be done regarding a fraudulent individual who claimed to be under a broker company. DAT takes zero responsibility for their platform driving up fraud issues. In addition- during a down market they are raising their rates on small businesses in some cases 45% without delivering any more value to their customer base. It's overwhelming at first. There's so much to parse through and filter down.
