"Easy to Use, No Onboarding Fee, and Top-Notch Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Dash?

I love that you are the only platform that doesn't force you into an onboarding fee. The platform itself is the easiest to use, straightforward, and feels like navigating through a regular website. I also feel like the support I get from the team is top notch. They will keep following up until the issue is resolved, where other companies CS questions just join a pile and don't really think I get the same level of care. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dash?

There are no downsides. Only thing I wish for is a couple feature requests but they will come with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellence in Data Asset Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Dash?

We've been using DASH for several years, and these are some of the key improvements we've noticed:

- An excellent choice for a digital asset repository and organizer.

- Makes sharing easy, organized and controlled through portals, allowing us to seamlessly distribute materials to various stakeholders and project collaborators.

- Simple and efficient workflows and organizational processes.

- Outstanding customer support—always available to help, offering smart solutions that enhance our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dash?

- it's not possible to easily and efficiently tag pictures with metadata that has been already fed in DASH

- no face recognition, and the automatic (suggested) tagging isn't well trained

- Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Easy to Use, and Backed by Friendly Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Dash?

The ease of use - how intuitive it is! The support is great- always super friendly and helpful.

Also the AI search function makes everything so much easier to find! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dash?

It's just a different interface to what we were used to, so I think it will take some time to get use to things not being in such strict organised folders. But I think this is just a teething issue and will sort itself out as we get used to the layout and software. So not really a dislike :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dash Is Simple, Robust, and a Breeze to Use"
5/5
What do you like best about Dash?

So easy to use! And great customer support. I used a competitor's product and HATED it - a bit of PTSD actually, from using it but Dash is totally different. Simple but robust! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dash?

I would make it easier to share an upload link or decide if you need to create a portal. But honestly, it is a minor issue given all the ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Creative Sharing & a Fabulous Team behind Dash"
5/5
What do you like best about Dash?

I use Dash to keep our creative assets organized and share them with external partners without needing someone on our team to help. External partners and internal team members can select and download the resources they need, which takes a lot off our plates and makes the experience faster. Dash is easy to use, and I can download creatives in different formats and sizes and keep them organized in folders with cover images. I also find collections useful: I can curate images from our approved creatives and share a link so partners can find the resources they need at a glance. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dash?

With the current feature, the file name stays the same when someone downloads an image in a different format, so I need to be careful how I upload it to make sure it has the proper name on the user end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi there, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review, we really appreciate it :)

I've included a link below to our feature request for sharing a folder - please do vote and add your comment to this - we'd love to hear how we could improve this. In the meantime, have you tried portals? This is another way of sharing a folder :)

"Easy to Use with Plenty of Storage and Helpful Portals"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Dash?

Dash is easy to use, with plenty of data storage and helpful portals. I haven’t connected other tools to Dash yet, so I can’t really speak to how well the integrations work. I’m also not sure how much we pay for it, but almost everyone on our team uses it, which makes it feel worth it to me. It’s also very easy to create subfolders, and I like that you can see when items have been uploaded twice. Another feature I find super helpful is the search: if I type “shoe” in the search bar, the AI will still find shoes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dash?

Uploading can take a long time sometimes, and I still haven’t discovered all the tools yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Auto-Tagging and Secure Portals for Easy Asset Sharing"
5/5
What do you like best about Dash?

I like how intuitive it is; the auto-tagging when you upload a picture is really convenient. I also really enjoy the portals, because they make it easy to share our assets with external people without worrying that they’ll have access to things we don’t want them to. Overall, I like the level of control it gives me. Dash is really what you make it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dash?

I wish the portal setup was explained a bit more clearly. When I was new to the company, it took me a moment to figure out how it worked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Asset Organization and Search with Dash"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Dash?

I think what I like most about Dash is honestly the new AI search part. It has literally helped and resolved so many of our issues. In the past, I was constantly working on creating folders and adding tags, but now with the new AI search, it's just very easy to search for imagery. The implementation was great and went really well. The support from Dash made us feel secure, and our POC, Alex, explained the different ways we could organize our assets with filters, tags, and folders, making the migration from Google Library smooth and pleasant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dash?

I feel something that could be improved is just looking for a way in which my end clients, like our customers, can have better access to our imagery. We're constantly working on creating collections and then sending them over for our clients to choose the images that they wanna see on their websites. And I know we have portals, but that has a lot of limitations. For our clients, we would just love for clients to be able to see, like, a vast amount of images in a very easy way. And currently, we cannot do that with Dash. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Barney Cox of Dash

Hi Emma,

Thanks so much for the review! Really glad AI search has made such a big difference, cutting down on the manual folder and tagging work and making imagery so much easier to find across your 400+ users. Also great to hear the migration from Google Library went smoothly, and that Alex made the whole process feel secure with clear guidance on filters, tags and folders.

On client access: that's really useful feedback, and good to know Portals is already something you've tried, even if it's not quite hitting the mark for showing clients a large volume of images easily. I'd love to understand a bit more about where it's falling short for you, whether that's browsing, volume, or something else, so we can log the right detail with the product team. Feel free to reach out directly if you're happy to share more.

Thanks again for taking the time to share such detailed feedback!

Best wishes,

Barney

"ultimate solution"
5/5
What do you like best about Dash?

I like that I can upload photos directly from the camera, add attributes with a scanner, and export them in various formats very quickly to other platforms. When there was a problem, support helped very quickly. First AI, of course, but as it had no permissions, AI called a real support team member and everything went smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dash?

When I upload photos and something interrupts me before the "put live" phase is completed, reopening the app doesn't show the previous import. I have to do it again, and when I do, it indicates that I'm loading duplicates, which I can undo by removing them. This is also positive because it recognizes which photos are already there. "Easy Access to Research, Though Image Options Need Work"
5/5
What do you like best about Dash?

I like that Dash is user-friendly and easy to use. It brings information together in one place, so I don’t have to search multiple sources, and I can access what I need quickly when I’m working with multiple clients and meetings. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dash?

I think having more images online would be beneficial. I’d also like Dash to specialize more in certain areas, since different areas require different types of images, and to have images that work for those areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
