The reports can be a great tool for generating business. I was told that new training content was added frequently. Not one new training module (in English anyway) has been added since we subscribed four months ago **Recommendations to others considering Dark Web ID:** Don't place much value on the BullphishID portion of the service (phishing simulation and training). If you only intend to use the Dark Web scanning/notification portion then it should meet your needs. **What problems is Dark Web ID solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our intention was to use the phishing simulations and end-user security training components. We wanted to resell the services to our customers. However, due to its limitations and issues we cannot. We wanted to cancel the subscription, but once you're locked into their 12-month contract they will not let you out. Account reps and customer service just stopped responding to us. ### 11. They are great when signing you up, but then if you ever decide to leave, good luck. Calls to our account manager, his boss, the sales department, the support department, and the accounting department go unanswered and unresponded. Emails to the same departments and people never get responded to as well. I've tried to cancel our account back in December, and for 5 straight months they have charged our credit card and not once responded to any of my requests during this time. I have to get American Express to do a chargeback each month which is a real pain. **What problems is Dark Web ID solving and how is that benefiting you?** We tried to use it to get our clients to monitor hacked email addresses and passwords, but were never able to get any clients to sign up for the service. ### 12. This really helps with prospects as well as convincing customers to take it on as an additional security product. **What do you dislike about Dark Web ID?** Overall there isn't much wrong with the product.
